Great drinks that remind me of bubble tea shops in Taiwan. I didn't try the ice cream yet but it looked amazing. There are quite a lot of options for both drinks and ice cream too. Right next door is Mitsuba, which has poke bowls and other food, so the drinks here and the food next door go great together.
Something different in the Eastern part of Syracuse/DeWitt. Really great rolled ice cream and bubble tea. Service was good but a little on slow side when we visited, but overall a great experience.
** It's too bad they don't stay open a bit later and expand their tea menu some , because if your not into the bar scene you have to drive into downtown for Roji or SU area for Unique for anything past 9:00.
This is something that is new and fun! CNY could use more innovative, fresh, and hip places like this. The location is a bit off and hard to find on Erie Blvd but this hidden treasure is worth trying! The kids will love the Dragon Breath Cereal balls!
Got the Rainbow Unicorn rolled ice cream! Tasted great, clean store, polite employees. You get to watch them make your dish in front of you-- a cool experience for rolled ice cream! Getting the dried ice makes a great aesthetic experience as well.
Clean tasting bubble tea and ice cream. They don't use those non-dairy creamers. This means that the desserts and drinks taste like the flavors you picked instead of the preservatives and fillers that other boba tea places use.
I’m a bubble tea fanatic. The bubble tea is pretty good. Its smooth... It’s not like the ones I got at the mall in Salem New Hampshire where it’s so thick with shaved ice that you can’t even drink it. They give you an option to put less sugar or ice (or more). I got the original black milk tea with tapioca pearls and 70% less sugar. There’s a lot of bubbles. ❤️
The place is cute and has a comfortable vibe. You don’t feel like they’re staring at you the whole time like some small places. The music they play is modern but a bunch of random songs from different genres (I think there was a pop song, rap song, then country song) which I don’t mind but some people are weird about. There were two workers I saw here. The guy was nice and the girl was so quiet I almost didn’t notice her but probably nice too lol
Absolutely delicious!!! They have a lot of variety, very clean and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place for something new and exciting 🙂
Wow, went here for the first time and it was such a unique experience. I had the rolled ice cream which they make to order right in front of you. It was incredible how they worked together the ingredients, spread it and smoothed it and then scraped it in sections to make perfect little rolls the put in the cup. They do bubble teas, milkshakes and even nitro ice cream. It is a must go to, so you can see all the hard work and unique preparation and to enjoy a "heavenly delicious work of art".
A really unique place in the Syracuse Area. Featuring Rolled Ice cream and Bubble tea, I've found nothing like it locally.
The staff was so friendly, and knowledgable. Great prices, lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
First time we went to labcow to get some drinks with boba! They did not disappoint! Delicious and prices are reasonable. This location has merged into Mitsuba and now we need to go back and get some more drinks AND food! Smelled so good in there! You need to check it out!
I found this place only because it was right next to the restaurant my kids and I were looking for to try. My kids enjoyed their teas and mine was ok. It looked nice and clean but my only thing was having to go next door to ask for service. It seems like it's owned by the same person. Other than that it was good.
I had the Lovely Monkey Rolled Ice cream. It did not disappoint. The staff was awesome and very nice. Great job Labcow
I got the oreo nitrogen ice cream. It's probably the best ice cream I've ever had. You should go here. Owner is very nice also.
Go here!!! Dont let the menu overwhelm you... lots of choices, helpful & patient staff. Be prepared to share with your company... portions are big enough.
