Ambience is average, I would say. I've been to much spacious and comfortable Starbucks. Gets little messy and congested in rush hours due to space limitation.
Nice experience.
Finally found a location (in NY), that has the same vibe as my favorite location in MA.
Friendly ,concerned about getting our order correct.
Deserved a second visit before we left the area & headed back home. We'll go out of our way to visit next time we're back in the area.
Gotta hand it to those ladies. It was an absolute madhouse this morning, but they kept their cool and were churning out orders by the second - even with some impatient customers they remained pleasant and professional. Please give them all bonuses. Also my almond milk expresso rocked.
It is a great for the student on the go(if you order ahead), additionally there is outdoor seating. However it is always crowded. So if possible order ahead or be prepared to wait. Staff is great thought. I will definently continue to frequent
I recently had to bring a friend to Crouse hospital. The security guard would not let me wait in the waiting room. I was unsure where to go so I headed to Starbucks for a drink. After about an hour, Ciara came to check on me. I thought she was about to ask me to leave because I was there so long after finishing my coffee. Instead, she offered me a drink on her and wanted to check in on me to make sure I was okay. Thank you Ciara for going above and beyond

I use to be a Dunkin customer for years , I would go up to Marshall St. DD. Faithfully every morning, until one day the manager and woman employees started becoming really rude.. So I started going over to Starbucks and it had been the best move i made in a long time great coffee and the employees couldn't be more helpful and delightful.... 5 stares all the way
Very busy on Marshall's Street with all the students. It would be hard to find a time with little to no wait. The few times that I have went, they seem to always be overstuffed. However, even though the line was insane, I didn't really have to wait that long for my beverage. Employees work quite fast.
I love this Starbucks. I used to go there over a decade ago when I first moved to Syracuse. They were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I bring my toddler there now, and they are still awesome. And the coffee is always perfect.
Packed with SU students during the year, be ready for long lines that can almost reach the door. During the summer, it's a bit quieter and have even had a quick group meeting for coffee where we could hear each other talk.
Very busy location. Always bikes here, so be sure to ride up and meet with the local riders.
