I wish this place was around the corner from my house. What a great hangout place with polite, friendly servers and great pub food. The onion rings were the best ever, they were firm, crunchy and maintained their integrity when biting through them instead of the crust separating from the onion. Our server Nicole was so friendly and helpful she made our visit even more pleasant. I can't wait to visit again.
Server Nicole was awesome. I had a Reuben and several draft beers. Nice icy mugs. Open mic night starts early here, which is great for those of us who don't like getting out so late. Musicians were folk and cover songs. Violin, mandolin guitar and drums backed up some low key singers.
We have lunch at Salty Dawg's about twice a month. The food is consistently really good. The Philly cheese steak is the best in town. Wings, Ruben, subs, and burgers are some of my favorites. Their onion rings are really good and never greasy.
Food was delicious. Staff was so nice. Atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!!
TBH driving in we were a whole bunch iffy. But, food was fantastic, we had French dips with Fried Pickles, fried Mushrooms and Fried Maccaron, Philly cheese steak and a hamburger. It was all across fantastic. It wasn't noisy enough that a meet up with a long lost friend wasn't fantastic, yet not quite enough we felt like everyone could hear us remember those when we were young stories. 😀 Super good service and over all it made our reunion a great success! Thank you. Oh and they had a super polite young man helping. Great to see!! And suoer prices!!
It’s a Tallahassee institution! We had the spicy cauliflower bites and the wings with fries. Delicious!!
Best burger in town, hands down. I always get their mushroom Swiss burger with bacon when I'm in the mood for a burger. Great wings as well, in addition to fried mushrooms. I live out past Lake Jackson, so this is one of the few spots to hit up. Luckily it's really good. The staff are friendly and the beer is always cold. Can't wait for my next visit.
Great food in a very friendly, although sometimes packed, bar settings. If you go on the weekends expect longer wait times for service, but there’s plenty of charm to make the wait enjoyable!
More than recommend going earlier on weekends or after work on weekdays, best of both words with fast service and great food/drink.
I live this place . First off it's friendly, food is good, wings, motzorella sticks, jalapeno poppers, I tried a new item their funnel fries there so good and I'm going back with my husband and try there cheesecake fries. It's a good place to watch the game, oh and for the overweight friends I love to sit in the booths it's friendly to us as well. There's beer for people who drink it and kareoke for some. I just like being here and when we go most of the time it's quiet ish, and calming nice place.

Pool tables, darts and food? You can't beat that. The place is small bit packed with good people. The food that I saw looked good and what I had was amazing. The pool tables are some of the best in the area. Dart boards are well maintained. Although I never played them. It seems they have quite a following judging from all the memorabilia on the walls. Great experience all around.

We had never been here before but the place and the staff immediately made us feel like regulars. We went here specifically to try their burger as some call it the best in town. I'm not sure I'd say they were the best I've had, but they are really very good. Just the right size at just the right price. And you should absolutely get them "all the way."
The menu has something for everyone. And if you like fried apps, then they have a lot for you. While my head and waistline say I should limit fried food, my heart and stomach usually want to argue the point. I'm glad the latter won. We tried the fried 'shrooms, spicy fried cauliflower and an order of fries. All were fried to perfection without any greasiness. And all were excellent.
The staff are some of the friendliest and most attentive we've had anywhere. They worked as a team so everyone coming near the table was happy to refill a drink, take away a platter, or answer a question. And the place itself has that corner pub fell despite being in a strip mall.
This was the best pub experience we've had in tally and we can't wait to go back. There are sooo many more app choices that I'm hoping my heart and stomach continue to win the argument.
We had cheeseburgers and fries, and they were great. Our waitress was also awesome. It takes quite a while to get your food though. BTW, the live singer last night was fantastic!
