If you get a to-go order rip open the bag and check every single box. They have skipped an entire entree 3 times now. It's gotten to the point where it seems deliberate. Don't leave with your food unchecked or you just lose that money.

The dine-in portion of the location was not open, so we did the drive thru.... As a first timer, I was surprised at the extensive menu. Being from the west coast it was a cross between a Wing stop, Popeyes and Cane's. Supposedly they' re known for their Chicken tenders. I didn't find out till after. Oh well..

Zaxby's Signature Sandwich meal about $10 Not a bad price
Chicken Sandwich - 5/5 super juicy and huge, enough to share if your not a glut hahah
Fries - 4/5 Seasoned well
Drink - Ice tea. plain tea, all good.
I asked about the dine- in portion of the restaurant, the young lady said they were extremely short staffed. Ok understandable.
I explained it was my first time after I got my order so I asked about sauces.. or anything else they are known for. They were nice enough to give me some of their popular sauces..
Final thoughts.. I enjoyed the meal and would come back it was near, I wouldn't go out of my way for them. I prefer canes but both "secret sauces" taste similar. LOL
Stopped for lunch on Saturday before heading to the FSU football game so it was very busy as I expected. The two ladies that were working in the dining room were absolutely wonderful they were friendly and efficient they had great people skills and definitely work well under pressure.you definitely need more people working in this store like that, Thank you ladies for the wonderful service you are the reason I will continue to come back, well that wonderful service and the hot and fresh food
Got a Cobb salad. I was super impressed. For the price, you can’t beat it. Ate it while my head was screaming, why don’t I frequent Zaxby’s much more often. A good salad can make everything just right in life.
We picked up our order and had the best customer experience! Shaquice was courteous and treated us like family. Service was timely, food was great. Wide selection of beverages.
Went through the drive thru. The service was fast and the chicken was excellent. Juicy and delicious, possibly some of the best I've had.

I Enjoy eating here its one of the best Chicken places Ever. Believe me they have competition. You have Lindys Chick-fil-a and BoJangles and all of them are pretty good. but i always come here plus my 3 Yr. Old son gets to choose lol

Went by zaxbys after being released from the hospital. It was absolutely great! A much needed meal compared to the hospital food!! Very fresh and appetizing.
