Place is amazing! I will be going back a lot food is great, plenty of variety from sushi, to ribs to vegetarian options and Chinese food. Very good I suggest everyone try this place! Service was awesome as well, and very clean.
best buffet ever dude! the cleanliness, perfection. the hibachi, ready in 3min. fresh seafood piled high and sushi, then.. the cheesecake did it. my new friday lunch for maybe the next 60years with the gov?
Fusion is a impeccable restaurant with Unlimited variety of fresh food, to choose from. The waitress was very friendly, we will definitely will be patronizing this restaurant again.
I thought the food was great. They have a huge variety of food that was constantly being replenished. The hibachi was really great too - made to order.
I made reservations to celebrate my husband's birthday here. We had a private room and we had a Ball! The service is great and the food we DELICIOUS!

I was impressed with the variety of food that is available! There is American, southern, Japanese, Chinese, and plenty of other Oriental food choices. The only disappointing part of the buffet was the desserts (other than the banana pudding).
I came for lunch, which is cheaper than dinner, and I don't think I'd come for dinner pricing. If there was a deal where you got the buffet, and paid 50% of the buffet cost to take out, this place would be bomb. But the take it cost is the same as buffet, which is a little steep. But I saw plenty of people take out, ssssooo...I don't see this changing.
This was a surprisingly great buffet at a good price. The restaurant is also nice and clean. I can't wait to go back.

The staff was very friendly, the sushi was old.. Can tell it was from Lunch, all of the fruit was fresh, the seafood was all bland unfortunately and all of the dishes with veggies in them were great. The dessert I chose what the cheesecake.. It was a little too sweet whicg met it was most likely out of a box. But all in all it was very good and I will return.
This place has the chinese buffet staples: fried rice, low main, teriyaki chicken, seafood, sushi etc. Service is decent. They are currently doing a promotional price for Nov lunch and dinner so I've been visiting more regularly. Regularly, it's about $9 and change for lunch.
This is the best of all buffet restaurant in Tallahassee!!! I'm overwhelmed with so many dishes and desserts! They even have a sushi! The area is so wide and has so much table. I'll definitely go back. 👍👍👍

Love this place. Everything I had was great. From the sushi to the Chinese food. And even the American food. I swear l left filling like a blimp. The servers were nice and attentive but not hovering constantly which is nice when your trying to be in the moment around friends and family.
They've recently opened and for a $7.99 lunch, I was pretty impressed with the buffet spread and it even comes with a hibachi spread! Nice. Food was tasty and service was good. It's definitely value for money and I think this is my new favorite Chinese buffet in town.
The sushi was very fresh, that's unexpected in a buffet! It was included in the price, as well. The food was fresh on every buffet table, hot and tasted pretty good. It's very spacious, so would be good for wheelchair customers as well. The waitresses cleared the empty plates and refilled the drinks really quickly, as well. There was no rush, and no one "hovering" over you when you filled your plate (I hate it when they do that!) I'll go back for sure! Not as much "American" food as I'd figure, but no one goes there for it anyway, I suspect...
I have to rate it 5 Stars. The food was off the chain and the atmosphere, Serene and spacious. The food was kinda low on hand but that's my own fault

This place is picking up where China Super Buffet has been slacking off in the last few years. The food is fresh, interesting, and delicious. I've filled my plate so fast both times I've been there that I haven't even tried the Mongolian grill. As with any buffet, go when it's busy and grab what looks best, and you won't be disappointed.
Absolutely the best buffet around! Very clean restaurant and bathroom, no small children fixing their plates and playing in the ice cream. Very roomy and not cramped. Friendly - not grumpy staff. The only improvements would be adding apple strudel and egg rolls to the buffet.
My wife and I go here for lunch on a regular basis. Most of the time there is a light crowd but not so much as to make it hard to get your food from the buffet. The food is good and turns over quickly enough to always be getting fresh pans out of the kitchen all through lunchtime. The building could use some TLC but it is clean and comfortable.
