Great place to eat. Food was great. But as for my smoothie. It was pretty good. They let me sub out the bananas and pineapple. But my only issue is the tap water going into my smoothie. Maybe it's filtered. Idk. But that isn't something I'm with
I'm going to the store two days straight now and the customer service has been excellent each time. The store is clean and the smoothies taste great. Also the smoothies are always ready as soon as I walk in to get them. Keep up the great work you all. And there was a manager who greeted me when I arrived, she was an African American lady which I thought was very pleasant. The staff in there also were very pleasant and they greeted me also.

They have an amazing team that creates the best smoothies in Tallahassee. Their food is so good I eat here daily. My personal recommendations are the Alvocolada and Island Green or Bahama Mama if you like chocolate. Also my choice of food is definitely the Chipotle Chicken Club or The Ultimate Club both go great with their TSC jalapeno pineapple chips.
I order from tropical smoothie at least 6 times a week and the location I use the most is the one in Tennessee Street. The reason for this is because they are consistent with how to make the smoothies and I don’t ever really have to wonder if it will be a juice once I go inside for my order and a lot of the staff remembers their regulars and always try to deliver your order with precision, politeness, & speed!!!

Smoothies are always very well made, and the food options are great too! Haven’t tried ordering for delivery but ordering inside the restaurant usually takes under 10 minutes. The location is quite small though so I wouldn’t recommend dining in if you’re with anyone.
The customer service was really excellent (very friendly and attentive), and then both my Cranberry Truffle smoothie as well as my Caribbean Jerk bowl were super delicious. All in all just a great experience at a location that is very convenient for me near the FSU campus. Keep up the great work!
Every time I come to this specific Tropical Smoothie the people here always seem to be in a good mood. They're always friendly can I speak and offer suggestions. It just seems to be my go-to spot you never I want a good healthy smoothie. The only downside is that I cannot call ahead because they are not online for online ordering. I can't take a star away from them because of that because that is not in their control. This place is a five star in my eyes.
I went to tropical smoothie the other day and was so pleasantly served by Kevin. He was very respectful and very knowledgeable about the menu. I was unsure of what to order and he helped me personally. He was working with two girls who were training. He was over the top nice and I wouldn't be surprised if he was the manager. THANK YOU!
Whenever one needs a pick up, they have the smoothie for it. Always friendly.
