The Wine House on Market St is a very classy and quaint place to relax and enjoy a wonderful glass of wine, amazing food and great entertainment all with top notch service. This is not your average loud and crowded place…..it’s a nice change. You have to check it out! You’ll be back!
Went for late night drinks and appetizers for the first time, the owners were such a delight very knowledgeable offered my husband suggestions on German beer 🍺 he loved it. I had a nice flight of 3 wines displayed beautifully. We tried a German dish of meatballs with German potato salad it was the best potato salad I ever had. Will definitely be back to try other dishes with wine and beer.
We love this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's great to go sit and have a glass of wine. The days with music or food are so fun.

Nice ambiance. The house wines were good, the selection of German beers was excellent, and the assortment of several hundred bottles of wine allowed one of our party to imbibe a bit and take the rest home. The menu is limited, mostly German foods but all 5 of us enjoyed what we ordered.
Delicious German food and beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend this nice restaurant. Great music too!
I had to post a review because my experience here was so amazing. I’m evacuated for a hurricane and forgot to pack my wine so I looked for the closest wine shop to my hotel. What a gem! I went here to grab a quick bottle of wine and ended up getting the full royal treatment. The associate was amazing and pulled out multiple bottles for me to taste based on what I told her I was looking for. She took so much time explaining all the wines to me and helping me pick the perfect couple of bottles. If I end up staying longer, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a Saturday afternoon at The Wine House in Tallahasse. The interior was warm, with enough art to appreciate. The wine selection was broad. Our matron was Michelle. She was young in excitement about the wines, and helping to taste and select. I found they have music on Friday nights. Plan to attend. Craig
I've been coming here for the last year or so and every time is a fantastic experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable, have a great selection of wines from all over and a nice craft beer section in the back corner. Great people to talk to and you can really tell how much they love what they do and it's truly an infectious feeling. One of my favorite spots in Tally.
