First we attempted to go through the drive thru, but after quite a wait we pulled around to go inside.
They were definitely short staffed, but once I was inside someone assisted me quickly & I received my order quickly.
Honestly the girl at the drive-thru is the best experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. She's professional, accurate with the orders, and was kind and efficient. Really do whatever you can to keep her as an employee!
I literally come to this Wendy's for the staff. I have yet to come here and see a rude employee. Everyone is so nice.
Surprisingly good service. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The order was accurate and the food was hot. The drive thru order taker could have been a little more courteous and patient.

The food at this Wendy's is always fresh!!! The people are always pretty cool!!! And I've never been inside I always go through the drive thru!
After having a terrible experience at a nearby laundromat, I needed to get something to eat. It was nice to go to a place with fast efficient service that wasn't trying to avoid doing their job. Food was delicious, prices are reasonable, workers were focused on work and customer satisfaction.
I'm not going to lie, the service was better than most of the Wendy's we've visited! The food was as expected, not anything to special, we've all had Wendy's before. I'm merely focusing on the customer service aspect here. When we went, we weren't having a great day but the gentleman (forgot your name, I'm sorry!) at the register made sure to come around to us and ask how was everything. It was a really nice touch in a sector where customer service is often lost. When we're in the mood for a frosty and some fresh fries, we will visit this location specifically.
Ms. Andrea was very pleasant to speak with on the phone when reassuring me that they had exactly what I wanted hot and fresh at this location and even offered to take my order over the phone!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Additionally, I can’t leave out the fact that I also appreciate the attentiveness and fantastic customer service of the entire team when ordering my (much needed) chili this evening!! Way to go Apalachee Parkway location and thank you so very much for making my night 10 times better especially after being treated with utter disrespect at the Orange Avenue location!!
All the food was excellent hot fast. The facility needs a little updating service is great.
Burgers were good n HOT. Cheese actually melted. Altho, I still prefer my fries w/o peelings. Wait staff seemed like friends w/"HI n Welcome" greetings n a smile. Rare this day n time.
Wendy's is definitely one of my favorite fast food places their food is always good piping hot and fresh people behind the counter are always nice willing to take care of anything handle any problem immediately and without issue. Restaurants always clean and I'm always happy to stop and sit there for a while when I need to.
