Dunkin was SLAMMED this morning, like usual, but I dealt with the nicest lady. She was thorough, double checked everything and did it with a smile. Might’ve been the manager; she has piercing blue eyes. The scanner didn’t work and they were out of the donuts I wanted, but she gave me the discount and replaced the donuts with munchkins (extra too). 10/10 service, that woman needs a raise. She handled herself with grace and order despite the overwhelming atmosphere.
The new management at this location is customer friendly and team oriented. Staff seem more upbeat and eager to engage with the customers.

It was great. The establishment was clean and the donuts were delicious.
They have good iced coffee and a good maple sugar bacon croissant sandwich. Only downside that doesn’t deserve a 5 star rating, is that they don’t listen very well. You can ask them for an extra sugar on the side or extra bacon and they will charge you for it. Which is fine but when you look in your bag for the sugar and extra bacon it seems to become invisible. Moral of the story check your bag before you drive off, and if you’re running late just order a drink.
Some of the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin. This one particular worker deserves recognition, but I didn’t get to see their name! He gave us a coffee, which started to leak. He was very apologetic and then made us a new coffee, for free, and gave us the old one! A very kind person who made our day!
