Came here yesterday for breakfast with my family for the $5 unlimited pancakes and for my mothers love for ihop. I noticed there was a huge change to the menu with new exciting menu items that I couldn’t wait to try! I ordered the spicy poblano eggs Benedict because I’ve had it as an omelette and really enjoyed it. I don’t understand the name at all when the omelette and Benny wasn’t spicy at all like there is zero spicy flavor at all. I can eat spicy foods and sometimes I can’t tolerate some levels but this you can’t taste any heat at all. Aside from that, it tastes like the omelette in terms of flavor but on English muffins and topped with poached eggs. The biggest thing I really hate and all restaurants that offer eggs Benedict is that the eggs are always so small. It’s like eggs ain’t expensive no more so start using large or even medium sized eggs please. I totally recommend this dish and I would go back. My waitress not going to mention her name comes off super fake with her trying to be nice and I really didn’t care much for it. To my surprise while how busy it was the service wasn’t slow from the time it took to sit down and place our drink and food orders and to receiving them. Im very impressed and they should keep up, but they should have more staff for sure.
Food is consistently good. I love their syrup. Full hearty meals that won't break the bank. Service dining in is pretty good but I normally get carry out and unfortunately the service is far less friendly.
I arrived just before five on a weekday, and when I pulled in I was afraid they were closed (3 cars in parking lot). After I walked in I was greeted by a really nice waiter, and sat right away. I ordered a steak omelet with a side of sausage links...my drinks came out fast and not long behind came the food. Everything was really great...I had eaten here back in the day when I worked overnight shift in the Hill, and it was good back then...but this was really tasty! The only thing that was normal was the orange juice, which tasted like Tropicana...so not bad.
This is nowva breakfast stop for me again!
Be safe all.
Since arriving in Fort Lauderdale, Fla, from my last deployment in Dallas, Texas, I've been craving a vegetable omelette, pancakes with a side of bacon.
I leave the airport and on my way to my hotel room I come upon an International House of Pancakes AKA IHOP.
I drive into the parking lot off of commercial boulevard where there's ample parking.
I enter the establishment and walk up to the hostess where I'm immediately seated. I'm a little concerned because the single table where I'm seated is next to a booth about 1 ft away literally. But I figure that no one will be seated in the booth next to me.. due to the CDC recommendations of social distancing.
My wait person come over, a very lovely and professional Young lady.
I basically spill out my cravings and she delightfully takes my order. The restaurant is bustling but there's social distancing and plexiglass dividers in use between the booths.
Now here is where IHOP lost a star.. has nothing to do with the quality of the food or the stress-free jovial experience.
.. the waitress who had the booths next to me attempted to seat a family of three directly next to me.. in that open Booth I mentioned earlier.
Of course the family nor I approved of this attempt and the waitress could really care less (at least that was the perception I got from her attitude and body language), that there is still a pandemic going on and social distancing is highly encouraged through the CDC guidelines.
At this point I continue to enjoy my breakfast of cravings and my jovial waitress, whom I've been awarded honorary boyfriend too... Beating out two of the local regulars whom promise to up their game in order to reclaim my current honorary position..
I would definitely go back for the IHOP experience as a food was scrumptious, there was no wait, the price, quality and quantity of my food order....-and my wait person is fabulous!

Excellent place to eat. We had breakfast today and I had a parking space at front door, there was no waiting. Clean and restroom was clean. Staff was fast and friendly. Service was top notch, food was so delicious. Great experience. It made my day. It also had a 55 and over menu for me. My kids and I thorougly enjoyed it, kudos. I will return again. Thank you for a great place to eat.
IHOP remains a breakfast favorite, delivering a consistent and comforting dining experience with its diverse menu of delicious pancakes, classic breakfast fare, and friendly service that keeps customers coming back for the familiar taste of home.
Love this IHOP, this is my partner and i favorite spot Staff is amazing, always polite and the food is good, we usually go for breakfast I get the breakfast sampler with all turkey bacon cooked crispy, grits eggs and pancakes. They never disappoint. We finally tried the burgers yesterday, I had the big brunch fried egg well done no bacon, and it was delicious, the only thing I didn't care for was the lettuce. My Partner had the Classic. We were both satisfied with our burgers. Thank you to the staff there, they don't always smile but they are always kind and they work hard... worth every tip we leave.
Very busy when we arrived, the wait was only about 20 min to be seated. Our server did the best she could considering it was very crowded. Many takeout/pickup going on at the same time. All went well though.
Going to give this Ihop 5 stars because we drove further out to go to this one rather than the one closest to us! My coworker always talks about this one! Anyhow my husband and I ordered Togo and everything was good! Once before my husband and our friends (husband and wife) went out to eat here on a late night whim back in March 2020. I didn’t eat because I was dieting and they all enjoyed their food every much! Place was clean and the waitress was very attentive!
Aleshia just made our day better! Together with an amazing breakfast, she welcomed us with her kindness giving us the best customer service possible!
A truly asset for IHOP! We love her!
My new favorite IHOP.
I've always been a fan of the balanced IHOP menu but find it hard to find consistent locations.
This gem in Tamarac so far has been great. I initially noticed while ordering Ubereats. The menu was more diverse than other locations and when the food came it was on point.
I have now dined in twice and the service is solid. Even on a Saturday at noon. Busy but still sat quickly. No wait, servers hustling and food came out consistent.
The food was good but the customer service was not up to par. The front end looked messy upon arrival ( could've been busy prior to arrival)
Spent 30 minutes calling trying to get thru to place a phone order straight busy signal. Get there and Tabitha sitting down at a table with a guest. Asked her if phone number correct for restaurant, seeing I've been trying to get thru. She stated yes and doesn't know whats wrong with the phone. Smh..She then calls a young man named Lamel according to my receipt to take my order. Explained what was going on and he said he'd just arrived. He asked the whereabouts of the phone and finally found it on a table left on..smh.. Placed & received order and left... Thanks to Lamel & the Chef
Our server was very cordial even though the food took a little while to come on a busy Saturday morning
I had a very good experience the food came out fast.
