Reviews Fabrica Woodfired Pizza

We did build-your own Pizza, it was pricey, but tasted really good. Place is so cold (aircondition) and the sodas are rather flat. Service is mediocre and I'm shocked they don't have Jalapeños as an ingredient!

We stopped by while in the area after having read an article about it being rated one of the top pizza places in the country. The pizza was good, but the crust could’ve been crispier. The bottom was a bit floppy. Cheese and sauce were delicious though. We also ordered the cheesy bread and it was very good. Very pricey in my opinion for the size; we ordered 2 cheese pizzas, 3 fountain drinks and cheesy bread and it came out to almost $60 with tip. The pizzas aren’t that big. Definitely enough for one person, maybe 2 if you’re not that hungry. Service was pretty slow given the fact that the restaurant wasn’t too busy, but the pizzas are fired which does take some extra time. Cool atmosphere. Very bright and clean. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

I rarely get over to Tampa but when I do I make it a point to go to Fabrica. Like every time. The pizza is excellent. The service is excellent. The prices are very reasonable. They have a great location. Could not recommend them more.

WOW! The Pizza was so good! We will definitely come back! The dough is thin and super juicy, like in Italy.

It’s a fun time and the Pizza is tasty! Definitely a large step above what you would get at a pizza delivery chain. I did see a couple reviews point out how the pizza is floppy and a touch soggy. This was true with us, it was definitely a floppy boi. Personally wasn’t expecting that due to the giant pizza oven they cook with. Other than that, the flavor was on point and they have some great combinations you can try. Service was friendly which is always appreciated.

The pizza is top tier. Them being in the top 50 pizza places of the US is warranted. The crust for the pizza is a great consistency of chewy, scorched, crispy. The pizza sauce is amazing and robust. The toppings are premium. You won't miss with this one. Go this weekend, if not today.

I had to review this place because of recent articles ranking it among the best in the country. I had the Truffle Hustle a side of Cheezy Bread, with a Free Dive. Taste was phenomenal, but the pizza was very flimsy. I would suggest ordering well done, although I did not. The beer list could vastly be improved. Tampa Bay has become a leader in craft brews. No offense Coppertail but c'mon, Free Dive is the best you can do? Get some Magnanimous, and some Ology on that list and I'll give you 5 stars.

Pizza could be better i give it a 5 out of 10 but my hubby gives it a 10 I don't like soggy pizza I like it crispy I found it a bit pricey $12.99 for just cheese 🧀 and $2.00 for each additional topping and the pizza is not that big let's talk about The Meatballs omg 100 times better than the pizza delicious 10 out of 10 the chessy bread was good for me was like going to Costco and getting there pita bread and adding some butter and cheese and putting it in the oven same taste for me the star was the Meatballs and the sauce yummy

Gustavo was so nice explaining everything! I ordered half of the pizza with pesto and mushroom and the other side a sausage and goat cheese. 10/10 new neighborhood addiction.

For someone who runs a wood fired pizza place I can see why they are getting such amazing feedback. Everything was absolutely amazing. The team that runs the place was super professional and friendly even when it got a little bit busy there.

Delicious fire oven pizzas, definitely adding this spot to our rotation of downtown Tampa food spots. We tried the Carni and Fungi. Definitely recommend both.

I really enjoyed this pizza one of the top places I tried in Tampa area. The cornicione “outer layer crust” was really good but the bottom of the crust needed to be a little crispier in my opinion and preferably add a little more basil leaves. Pizza was very good though and would get it again.

We stopped in prior to the 93.3 Jingle Ball concert. Ordered a pie to share amongst 3 people. It was delicious, their coal oven pizza reminded of a pizzeria back home in N.Y.C. As a matter of fact it was so good that we ordered another pie. I would recommend anyone to stop in and enjoy their pizza.

We came here for the first time because (other than my love of pizza) we saw that Fabrica Pizza was ranked in the top 50 pizzerias in the US. For that reason I had high expectations and I can honestly say they did not disappoint. They make a wood fired thin slice with the perfect crispiness - just that slight layer while still soft enough to fold over a slice without it breaking. We ordered a 12 inch Margherita and a Carni. Both came out perfect and were full of flavor. I added Parmesan but only because of my love of cheese and not that it needed it. The sauce was very good and well balanced with the cheese at the right amount. It’s not a big place, maybe 6 tables inside with some counter seating along the window, and 3 picnic tables outside with umbrellas. Also I noticed on the way out that they offer their pizzas frozen for takeout which I thought was pretty cool. Strongly recommend checking them out!

Omg this place is SO GOOD! I want to thank all of the staff working there for their welcoming service and amazing pizza. I’m from out of town and was looking for a place to eat and found this gem. The pizza is thin and airy, the sauce is fresh, and I loved the addition of thinly sliced garlic on the pizza. The staff was super friendly and attentive. If I’m ever in town again, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Excellent pizza and meatballs. My standard for great pizza is the great New Haven triumvirate of Frank Pepe's, Sally's, and Modern Apizza. So whenever a restaurant claims to be counted among the best I find they are humbled by these greats in almost every case. No exception here. However, this pizza is excellent. I would gladly eat here whenever I'm in the neighborhood. It's primary fault is the less-than-stellar crust. Not bad by any means. Just well short of the best I've had. The meatballs were also excellent. The make-your-own Caesar salad was par for the course. Atmosphere is very nice but still a pizza joint. Service is counter service but they clean up. Parking will be hit or miss - city parking and you will typically have to pay. Nice place in a cool area with excellent food
