Hands down best cannoli's in the world(seriously)maybe even the best bakery! My friends wanted to be adventurous and wanted me to try a new kind,filled with your deli mustard! Cant believe you don't have this version on your menu!

When I was a little child one of my favorite treats was a cream horn and I haven't found a good cream horn and years and years and years. We went in debt alessi and they had a variety of cream horns and they had a coconut cream horn which made me want to faint because it was so delicious I hate to recommend Alessi's cream horns because I don't want them to go away but they are the best cream horns I've had since I was a kid
The Zeppoles are always a welcome treat and never disappoint... Great place for pastry... And lots more!!!
I worked here for a couple years and I loved it. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was outstanding!! I’d recommend it to anyone traveling to Tampa.

I've been there twice, and both experiences were over the top amazing. The first time, I went with my wife for a wedding cake tasting. The tasting was great. The cake turned out better than we could have imagined and you wouldn't believe how affordable the price was. Also after the tasting I got lunch to go and was heading back to work. I was in Uniform ( Air Force Reserve duty) and they bought my lunch and gave me some cookies for desert.
The second time was today, I wanted a pound of Italian cookies to bring with me as I was taking the family out to a friend's farm and didn't want to show up empty handed. I got the cookies, and they gave my children really nice decorated cookies as we were checking out. Then, as we were loading up into the car, Rosa came out with a box of more cookies and said "these ones ( Italian wedding) are my favorite and I didn't include any in your box, you need to make sure and add these in."
These people are a kind of special which unfortunately is too rare in this world. I'll be swinging in for lunch and treats for my office soon and telling all why I think the world of them. I highly recommend swinging by and walking in to take a look.
Went here for lunch food was great the sweets was awesome also we will definitely be going back again the staff was great also awesome place!!
The best devil crabs of all. Phil Alessi must have a good relationship with a great fishmonger. The crab these devils was almost still alive!
It was very busy at lunchtime yesterday. But rollback prices = worth the wait. They will be open 'til 5 today.

I’ve used Alessi Bakery numerous time for birthday, family, and corporate events. The quality of the food is always fantastic. They make beautiful cakes as well. It’s hard to find good services at a reasonable price. At Alessi, I’m always happy with the end result.
The best! It’s ALWAYS on our stop before heading back to Atlanta. Such awesome memories and they still make the most delicious treats and dishes!

Excellent food,bread,cakes,cookies,great prices, I wanted to eat there on my birthday, April 22, we had five people, the hard working people there where great, better then going to a restaurant to me!
Yummy! I had a Cuban for lunch- it was delicious! And took a loaf of zuchinni bread home, also delicious! Highly recommend!

Love this place! They did a great job with my baby shower cake. Melissa was great to work with in designing my cake and doing a cake tasting. They delivered exactly what I wanted for the cake in every way, plus it was absolutely delicious! Everyone at the shower raved about it. We also got cupcakes which were also beautiful and perfect.
The bakery itself is lovely and full of so many yummy treats. What a gem! Highly recommend.
Gorgeous and delicious wedding desserts! Wild flowers were a theme for our wedding and Melissa made us a beautiful floral cake. We got so many compliments on it from both guests and our vendors! We also had small plate desserts and they were so tasty. Our favorite was the chocolate chip cookies. We were thrilled with Alessi and would rec them to anyone :D

Wedding cake turned out Perfect! I knew we made the right decision trusting these guys! Best bakery in Tampa Bay! The cake looked & tasted amazing! It also was super easy to put on my wife’s face post cake cutting 🤣
Alessi Bakery is a must visit in Tampa, if you live in Tampa you know, but if your visiting Tampa don’t miss this awesome bakery. The pastries are out of the world, the desserts fresh and top shelf, you won’t find anything better. The deli is outstanding with a variety of sandwiches, the cuban sandwich is one of my favorites, also the Scachatta Sicilian
Pizza is a good choice. The staff there is super friendly and helpful, always big smile and willing to help pick out your pastries. You will find tables outside and inside for having your meal or desserts, also, there is plenty of parking in front of the store or the parking lot across the street, the bakery is always full of customers , but they are fast and efficient in helping customers. This is an outstanding business and don’t pass on this place …highly recommended
I highly recommend Alessi Bakery for your wedding cake needs. I hired them about 2 months ahead of my wedding, after spending a lot of time going back and forth with a different company that was overpriced and unable to prepare a buttercream cake in my preferred design. The cake was delicious and it came out beautiful.
The hand carved Cuban sandwich is the best Cuban I have ever had. The traditional is very good as well but the hand carved one is next level. We also got several dessert items all of which were fantastic. They get pretty busy so be prepared to wait but it is worth it.
Melissa and her team did such a beautiful job on our wedding cake. Not only was it pretty but it tasted amazing! Our Lavender cake base with blueberry/blackberry mousse was a hit! My parents loved joining the cake tasting as well- Melissa made this super special and goodness we loved trying all the flavors! We purchased the 3 cupcake stands from amazon and Alessi placed their beautiful cupcakes and cookies as well for extra snacks.
We stopped in for lunch. Immediately asked ourselves why did we wait so many years to return. Not only is the selection of pastries enormous each taste delicious. I also placed a custom order Birthday cake for the love of my life.

Alessi Bakery also specializes in creating custom-made cakes and cupcakes for special events. Our personal favorite is their banana bread, though they also offer other flavors such as zucchini, strawberry, and blueberry, which we absolutely adore. Overall, Alessi Bakery is a fantastic spot for tasty cakes, pastries, and breads.
They designed and baked our vow renewal cake and desserts back in February. The cake was beautiful, fluffy and delicious. And all the mini desserts were so delicious as well. Their cream cheese icing is amazing! I have been going to Alessi since I was a child. They have such a variety of yummy goodies! Melissa truly captured our vision for the cake. The lemon cake with cream cheese filling and buttercream icing was amazing!
We are so pleased with the outcome of Alessi Bakery and making our stunning wedding cake! Alessia has been a favorite local bakery of our's for nearly a decade. The other day I ordered my husband's birthday cake and I had the opportunity to work with Chrissy. When I went to pick up the cake on Friday, Chrissy was an absolute delight. She has been there for over thirty years and her customer service is out of this world. :) This Hummingbird cake was so delicious! Thank you Alessi for a great experience!
A classic Tampa experience, you simply must stop in and grab a hard carved Cuban sandwich. Pair it with any number of delectable cookies, caramel misu, or pastries available. Always worth the wait to let them hand carve the meats.
Hand carved Cuban sandwich is absolutely amazing. A really charming deli/market type place with a dining room. Only fault is that the dining room smells like a damp, moldy basement. Absolutely worth a visit, and will definitely stop by next time I'm in Tampa.
