Excellent food and service, a must visit, the best in Tampa
Both the food and ambiance are very good at the Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant. The owner and his wife both took great care to ensure that our visit was a positive one. We will, indeed, be back whenever we are in Tampa!

The congee is amazing, but the lemongrass ginger beef is a must have...my wife swears by the skewered chargrilled chicken with rice vermicelli..

I had the Spicy Beef Noodle Bowl. Best Pho I've ever had. The broth is a beautiful red color and it was delish!

This place pleasantly surprised me! This is a causal Vietnamese restaurant with beautiful plants decorated around the restaurant. The service here is absolutely great! They got our food out quick and even gave a smile to our faces!
The food exceeded my expectations, as the Crab Rangoon was creamy and had a great sauce with it. My garlic shrimp noodles were hot, but otherwise had good texture. I’d say that any noodle dish was as good as mine. Overall, would recommend to anyone!
Got a late lunch here yesterday and thought it was pretty good! The egg rolls were perfectly flakey and crispy and the filling was flavorful, but the sauce was lacking. The fresh rolls were indeed very fresh - but again the sauce needed a little something extra. The chicken in the noodle bowl wasn’t as thinly sliced as I’m used to, but it was very juicy. And the pho broth was to die for! The staff is very friendly and the establishment in general is pretty laid back. The food came out super quickly too!! Definitely scratched an itch for some Vietnamese food
This is the best Vietnamese restaurant I have eaten at, very clean, family owned. The staff are very friendly and your food comes out quick. The grilled shrimp noodle bowl is amazing. The food is very fresh , fragrant, and colorful. Great atmosphere and great authentic food. We will be back.

The Bahn Mai had the heat but I felt it was missing the sweet like others I’ve had (maybe a sauce?). I enjoyed how fresh everything was, especially the spring rolls (fresh rolls).
Well maintained and clean with plenty of seating for a small-medium group.
Everything hit the spot and I’ll be back again in the future to try more of the menu.

This is always my “go to” spot. Staff is super friendly and the food is absolutely amazing.
I usually get the bun (noodle bowl) but honestly you can’t really go wrong with the pho, rice platters or fried rice)
Also for drinks the Vietnamese coffee or Thai tea is a favorite!
Appetizers fresh rolls are always the move.

I absolutely love the food here. My favorite is bun bo hue and mi hoanh thanh. Their pho and com tam are amazing also. The servers are really nice. This restaurant is definitely my go-to.
P.s ask for chillies oil when you order. It’s really good
After eating at Saigon Bay five different times - ordering 5 different meals - I can confidently recommend this place to any one looking for a delicious, fast Vietnamese experience. The food comes out piping hot and quick! Almost everything is made in house and it really shows in the delicious flavors that arrive on your plate. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. After dining solo on my first visit, I've taken my wife and my parents on subsequent visits and they've had nothing but rave reviews as well. I really cannot overstate how tasty, fresh, and quick the food was. Saigon Bay should be considered a culinary staple of the Temple Terrace area!
Super yummy! I tried many Vietnamese restaurants in Tampa and this is one of my favorite restaurants. Clean as well.

This is my first time here and wow the food is amazing 👏 I'm a big fan of pho and this place is definitely top 3 I ever had. I was greeted by everyone but one person in particular really stood out to me was Ricky! He took my order and was super nice and even talked me into dining in instead of carryout. I'm really glad I dined in because the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be back. Thank you Ricky for the great service
The food and the service was on point. The restaurant is super clean, it was my first time trying Vietnamese coffee and it was delightful.
The owner is so nice. Their pho is excellent. Actually one of the best I've had. Nice little Vietnamese Cafe. You can tell they really have pride in their food because it's not only fresh but it tastes good. Good prices as well.
WELCOME BACK!!! Saigon bay is back with the same staff, same cooks, and same great food! Now located in the Terrace Oaks plaza directly across the street from Outback Steakhouse on north 56th street, the new venue is bright and open though a bit smaller than the old location. The community is thrilled to have them back after a long wait.
We enjoyed it, my daughter had the beef and I had the pork with broken rice. Of course we started with fresh spring rolls as well. Very friendly staff and good food.
Insanely delicious! I have eaten Vietnamese all over the country and this place was #1. Fresh and sizzling. Authentic flavors. Crispy veggies, flavorful meat, perfect noodles and rice. We ordered a little of everything and loved it all.

Saigon Bay moved here not too long ago and I have been meaning to get here and try it. Lots of choices in this plaza so parking can be tricky. The previous place was larger but this is closer to me. It was even better than I remember so I may be back pretty soon! Be careful at lunch as this place fills up fast. Enjoy!
This restaurant has been serving Tampa for many years. Unfortunately they were forced to close down for 2 years due to some bs riots that caused a fire on their premises. But now in 2022 they're back in full swing at their new location on 56th St with the same great service and quality food. Delicious boba, pho and other great Vietnamese dishes at very low prices. Their pho dat biet is the bomb dot com!!
