This is the best Spanish restaurant in Tampa. We have been coming here for years. If you like fish, pork, beef or chicken they have savory Cuban dishes for each one. My families favorites are the beef stew, Russian fish and the fred steak.

My favorite place to go have good Cuban food. Their waitresses are hospitable, friendly and lovely. My wife and I go often and as long as Its days way, we will keep going. BTW, A little bigger portion wouldn't hurt

Excellent. I will be back. I am new to Tampa and I appreciated the Cuban Heritage at the event at Arco Iris yesterday. It was fun. I took my food to go. I only had Chicken Soup, Bread, Boiled Yuca, Flan and Bread pudding for my Fiancée and I.... everything was delicious. I will be back for an actual full sit down meal. My Fiancée and I love Flan and this was probably the best we have had. The Bread Pudding was excellent too.

Been there several times and had great food each time. Last visit was the churrasco steak.....had to be folded over because it was too big for the plate. Everything was yummy and the friend I brought with me was very happy with her's as well...

My wife and I have been in the Tampa area for over a year now and we never tried Cuban food... other than a sandwich in Key West. Well.... We Loved it. We will be back to try other dishes. Very friendly staff too.

This is our ritual when we head to the Tampa Bay Area. Get off the plane, rent a car, and head to Arco Iris. And it's our last stop before we get back on the plane. Start and end our vacation on the highest note! The absolute best Cuban food anywhere!!!

This is a ready to eat place. You make a line and instruct what you want. You get one meat protein & 2 sides. You can get other side items. They have many options from chicken, beef, pork, & seafood. Portions are good but most importantly the food is good. The staff is nice & attentive. Place is clean and spacious.

This was my first visit here. There were so many great choices that I was overwhelmed. The food was bursting with flavor. The cook came from the back to make sure we had what we needed. The hostess was very pleasant and patient with me as I tried to make up my mind, and the restaurant was clean. My eyes wanted to try everything, but of course, my stomach refused!! The servings were plentiful, and I truly have no complaints!! We will be back for sure.

I tried Caribbean Twist for the first time yesterday, and it was so good that I went back today. The service was great. Everyone was sweet and had no problems telling what everything was. There is a variety of meats/fish to choose from, as well as a variety of rice options. The first time, I had the goat with sweet plantains (black) rice and boiled yuca. Today, I tried the stew beef, yellow rice with sausage and pigeon peas, boiled yuca, and a side of avocado and tomato salad. Everything was so flavorful. In my opinion, the avocado and tomato salad could have used some salt and pepper, but the salad was very fresh, and I could taste hints of garlic. I gave 4 stars because the meat in both dishes had several tough pieces, which were very tasty but tough. The boiled yuca was soft and buttery with slices of onion. I had the gravy from the meat poured over my rice and boiled yuca...delicious. I will be returning again for sure.

If you like variety, then come here! I kind of got lost! I really didn't know where to begin...so many offerings to choose from! I LOVE FISH so I got yellow rice with salmon, garnished with shrimp and tomatoes. I had them throw in some plantains as well. The plates of food are of generous portions too!! The blend of spices on the salmon offers a very unique flavor! I'll definately be back for more!

What a delightful experience. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. My boy had the meat lovers omelette and boy did he love it. I had the mangu along with eggs and cheese bread. The coffee was perfect as well. We had 3. I strongly recommend this place if you want to immerse in Cuban and Dominican cuisine. We will definitely come back when we return to Tampa.

I enjoyed my experience here. The boss was really good at chatting it up with the customers and helping you pick food. Prices were very reasonable. I wanted to try something more unique to Florida and this was a good pick. I tried the ribs, ground beef, and fish. All delicious. I would say the food had probably been sitting for a bit though because it was almost closing time and the meat was a bit tough. Try to go earlier on in the day. Otherwise, great place.

I work locally near the restaurant and eat here 4 days a week for almost a year. The food is always hot and tastes incredible. It is very reasonably priced; giving the ability to eat here almost every weekday I am in the office. They have healthy options in lieu of rice… just pick avocado salad, salad and a meat. This place is a gem and they truly appreciate their patrons.

They are extremely friendly and kind! Service was great and affordable for such delicious food. My eyes were apparently too big for my stomach lol but I’ll for sure finish that later. I’m so glad I chose to try Cuban 🇨🇺 food here. Will definitely come again!

Great Spanish food and great people. The food is amazing. Large portions. I recommend to everyone looking for some real home cooking. Clean. Great music. They have hot plates and offer items made to order. They also make sandwiches. I definitely recommend. On top of many beverage options they also offer tropical juices like passion fruit etc.
