Our first time here today and we are so impressed! First off, their signature Cafe' Borgia is everything other reviews say and more...absolutely delicious. It's an experience that can't really be described, but trust me it's wonderful. Next, the food is fantastic. We had brunch; french toast with thick-cut bacon and a goat cheese omelette with spinach & sun dried tomatoes...both dishes were farm fresh and plentiful and again, delicious. Moving to the area from California a few years ago, this is the first time we've experienced an excellent "West Coast" style brunch and we are so happy about that. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting with lots of character. It's like a cool friend's living room that is effortlessly comfortable. The staff was super-friendly and the owner, Jessica came over to say hi and we had a nice talk. Great vibes from Jet City. We will be back! Highly recommended.
Really awesome little gem in Seminole heights, our food was excellent and the coffee was fantastic. The place was charming and the owner was super friendly and perky! I would give this place 5 stars all day long. We will be back!

Hands down the best quiche I've ever had!! (Rosemary and goat cheese). The texture and style of it reminds me of what I got in Paris! Café Borgia is a very unique drink not to be missed and has its Florida flair with flavors of orange and honey! My favorite independent coffee house in a very cool location.
Love the atmosphere! Food is delicious. I highly recommend adding the mushrooms on top of the quiche. I love that it is kid friendly. My sons and I have started to play chess there. The owner is super sweet.

I love coming here for good food or drink and a relaxing environment. The staff are always friendly and the owner, Jessica, is often working too. It makes for a great place to come back to again and again in the neighborhood.

This is what a coffee house is supposed to be. Intimate, like you're in your own living room, art on the walls, the whole nine. The owner and staff are very friendly, as well.
What a gem of a place! The atmosphere is adorable and the staff is warm and friendly. The coffe was fantastic (try the Borgia- it's delish!). There are lots of different places to sit both inside and outside and free wifi.

One of the best parts of our recent move to Seminole Heights is to find ourselves in walking distance of this gem! Excellent coffee and the owner is so sweet and friendly. It's been years since I've had anything but straight black coffee but now I'm hopelessly hooked on the fabulous Cafe Borgia. Looking forward to trying some of their tasty-looking food. Made sure to come twice to truly experience this hip coffee shop. Both baristas I’ve interacted with are pretty cool and friendly, I’ve noticed they definitely have some regulars. I really enjoyed the shops decor, you will constantly be drawn by something new, even in the restroom. The shop is cozy and makes you feel like your over a friends house or it even reminds me of a chill kratom/kava spot.
First time tried the iced almond joy latte , second time tried the iced Borgia latte (hot available as well & dairy free options). I enjoyed both drinks, the taste is as described. The espresso they use is wonderful ,and doesn’t become fully masked with the cool latte flavors .
Now for the food, I ordered the tony sandwich & special quiche of the day ( rosemary & goat cheese). Both were plated very nicely. I enjoyed both dishes, however, I personally believe their food menu is overpriced.
Would I come back ? Already thinking of what iced latte to try out next.
P.S many games available for a good time . Also, recommend this shop to anyone looking for a low-key spot to get some work done, or for a meetup as well.
Stopped in for a quick late night coffee and pleasantly surprised by the high quality food and service. Owner was super friendly. Took some quiche to go and it was perfect for breakfast the following day. Nice selection of beer and wine.
I love that they have a lot of healthy food options available! I had the rosemary quiche. It tasted good. Their menu is a little pricey though but their coffees are totally worth it! The best coffee I had here in Tampa. I love the idea of a "coffee house". The ambiance is so cozy and they were playing relaxing french songs when we got there. The perfect place for coffee if you want to relax and unwind.
Just moved into the neighborhood recently and have been here several times. Each time keeps getting better and better. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and they never let me down. The coffee is absolutely amazing, and you can tell is crafted with love. I recommend the Cafe Borgia. And Jake's french toast is awesome too. Jessica is wonderful and really has her heart in the business.
This place is simply darling. My boyfriend and I are always on the lookout for local spots serving up delicious coffee. Jet City isn’t just home to the best coffee I’ve ever had (Cafe Borgia— signature coffee created by the owner), it also has a delicious menu that I am eager to explore deeper. The atmosphere is comfortable and eclectic, my kinda vibe. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The owner greeted us with a smiling face and bubbly personality. She was helpful and more than willing to answer any questions we had. Thanks for an amazing experience, we will DEFINITELY be back!
Jet City is a bit on the pricey side, but well worth it. The staff is knowledgeable about the drinks and food being served. I've been here on multiple occasion and haven't had a bad experience. The ambient music is relaxing, there are board games to play, coffee is great, food is great, the staff will make sure everything meets your expectations. I personally recommend the Cafe Borgia-- even my friend who isn't keen on warm coffee was impressed by the taste.

Jet City Espresso is beyond amazing. I'm a straight espresso drinker (no milk, no sugar). The espresso I was served at Jet City was the best I've ever had, served with great pride by the owner—a totally legit, experienced, knowledgeable, conscientious, friendly, passionate coffee lover. The decor/ambiance of this place was also excellent. This is altogether, an outstanding coffee house. I loved everything about it, and can't wait to go back. Good espresso is the main thing for me, but this place has so much more. Although I'm not a latte drinker, I did also try their signature Jet City Cafe Borgia, and was very impressed. And my wife was really impressed with the four berry smoothie and portobello sandwich I brought home to her. My only complaint about this place is that I can't come often enough. Due to them closing at 4:00, and being out of my way, the weekend is my only opportunity to go there.
I just recently discovered this place, and I can't say enough great things about it. I've tried a few different coffees, and each one was simply fantastic. I've also tried a few different food items, and saying they are delicious does not do them justice, since they are better than delicious. The owner is extremely friendly, and very talented when it comes to the unique menu items and flavor combinations. I will become a regular, and will be recommending to all my friends and neighbors.
This is definitely a hidden gem. Check this place out if you want a good quality coffee. I got the white chocolate mocha and it was the smoothest mocha I've ever had.
