This is my favorite Jimmy John’s store in the Tampa area. The staff here are always so very polite, friendly and accommodating. For example, I forgot to initially tell them to not put lettuce on my toddler’s sandwich. When I remembered to ask, they were already in the process of making his sandwich and almost done. They were not upset at all with the last min request and quickly scraped off the lettuce. It was also nice to hear from the employee how he understood since he has a little one himself and knows the struggle of feeding a picky eater. The sandwiches and wraps are alway delicious, especially when looking for a healthier option on a hot day.
I made the mistake of sitting down and getting comfortable because by the time I did, they called out my order to let me know it was ready. This location really delivers on Freaky Fast motto
Super impressed with this location. I was greeted from the time I walked in, and had my order in hand before the receipt was printed. These guys are on it! Exceptional service is hard to come by these days. Thank you Jimmy John’s on Franklin for being the exception. Keep up the great work.

Today was my first experience with Jimmy John's. I have to admit they were not my first choice for food today but I guess they should have been. Sitting on a construction site in downtown Tampa today I could not get anyone to deliver me food. I gave them the address of the building I was sitting in front of and when I told them I was parked in a dump truck outside they refused to deliver to me. I knew Jimmy John's was not far from my location so I figured I'd give them a try. Called and placed my order,,gave the address told the girl on the phone I was parked in a dump truck on the construction site outside. She said okay no problem. I had my food in under 20 minutes. And I have to say that was a pretty damn good sandwich. Thank you Jimmy John's.
This is not only the best Jimmy Johns I've ever been to, but also one of the best spots to get something quick to eat in downtown Tampa. Affordable, great attitudes, fast, & friendly!
They provided exceptional service today! We put a large (25 people) order 20 minutes before we had a meeting. Normally we order days ahead but it totally slipped our minds today. From the time we placed the order, until the time it got delivered it was 37 minutes... Talk about freaky fast. The accuracy was 100% also. Nothing from the order was missing and the taste remained just as tasty as a single sandwich. Will definitely order from them again!
Let me tell you about how hard working these gentlemen are here. Isaiah, from the moment we walked in, dined, and left, that man was working his hardest being the only one behind the counter. He was extremely sweet and really took care of his people.
Guys working tonight were super fast, friendly & patient with our kids very specific orders. We enjoy jimmy johns regularly but this was our first visit to this location. Glad we stopped.
Best Jimmy John's I have ever eaten at! The food is always " freaky fast" and delicious. I live a block away and I order, scooter over and it is always wating for me. The staff is super nice.
They deliver super quick and the delivery people are always extremely nice. Sandwiches are pretty basic but yummy. Sometimes they forget an ingredient here or there. Nothing life ruining, probably because they are moving so fast.
