We were seated as soon as we arrived. We asked for and were seated in a nice spacious comfortable booth. They were quite busy but our server was quick and efficient in getting our drinks and appetizers. The food was out of this world. We ordered Shrimp pot stickers, Asian lettuce wraps and egg rolls. Everyone tasted everything. It was delicious. Our main dishes consisted of Crispy honey shrimp. , delicious but not crispy. Pork fried rice, Mongolian beef, beef and broccoli. We were shown desert and had to pass since we were so full. The size of the appetizer and dinners were perfect! Thank you to our server “Sarah” who took great care of us!
Amazing service and food was delicious! Our server Jake was experienced and knowledgeable with our food choices! However, corporate should extend military and law enforcement officers a discount, 😇
I visited last night after a last visit of 3 yrs ago due to distance from our home in Wesley Chapel area and was pleasantly surprised, I had Chilean Bass so flaky and deliciously moist served on a bed of spinach with a side order of fried rice perfectly crispy Brussels sprouts with pineapple that was memorable and the end of the meal I happened to mention We were there to celebrate my sons birthday we were treated to a crispy banana fried spring roll with coconut ice cream that was very tasty ‘also Paul our server was friendly and helpful in menu selection we gladly come back soon!
Chicken Cabbage Roll....simply the best!!! My #1 order every time....so delicious!! Shrimp Fried rice was delicious too!
The first time visiting PFC- but will not be our last. The food was served quickly & hot. Generous portions which are great for sharing with your spouse. I brought home food to share with my son after seeing a play nearby. As the saying goes you snooze you lose- he was sleeping so I ate my leftovers! Awesome!

Yummy! Had a chance to stop in & sit at the bar with my honey for some Saki and dinner. Our bartender was nice and efficient. Our food was delicious! I really like the vibe here too, dark & chill. Definitely recommend it, and we'll be back 😊
Wonderful experience and delicious food. Service was outstanding. Food was so delicious I dug in and forgot pictures. The Executive chef is the best. Would recommend for a year occasion however made a memorable date night.
Had a great experience today, and what I love is i always have a great experience at the Westshore location! I always choose to sit at the bar, and Orisel is the best! The service is very attentive, bar is kept so clean and food is great. For a chain restaurant, the personalized experience is what keeps me coming back… bonus is they have amazing ice cream 😁
I just had a very pleasant experience while dining here. The food was excellent and cook exactly the way I like it. I would be remiss if I did not take the time to express how awesome our server Jonathon was! Jonathon was over the top super at providing us Top-Notched service. This was hands down the best service I have receive at this restaurant.
So I Came In For A Late Lunch PF Chang's China Bistro . I sat at the bar and Orisol was an absolute ROCKSTAR🥰🥰🥰SOOO SWEET .She told me all about their awesome happy hour menu .I loved the Lychee Cosmo which was delicious .I was in the mood for Mongolian Beef which was phenomenal ,hot and fresh .But I look forward to exploring their HH in the future and I shared below the menu .Such a great place

Flavorful, big portions, super friendly staff (our favorite is the bartender girl since years, she is an absolute sweetheart), but even the waiters and waitresses are polite, helpful and decent.
Love the vegetarian options but we’d be happy if you’d bring back veggie rolls too… :-)

This is my favorite P.F Chang’s! The food and service is always great and the atmosphere is always pleasant the parking is simple, and it’s located in the West Shore Plaza In Tampa.
Jonathan was absolutely superb with his Customer Service and professionalism, I can’t say enough about how great he treated us. He showcased management skills befitting of a leader and should be in a leadership position with your company by making us feel valued, respected and appreciated. This is the type of service we like to see when dining out. The food was great, my fiancé and I loved everything this evening. Salad was great, so were the noodles and lettuce wraps. Great overall experience! Will be back.
First time visiting, Asian fusion style with a good selection. Our server was very helpful for dietary restrictions and suggestions. Good flavors and a delicious smell in the room, like wood fired BBQ chips. Wide open layout, decent price and nice bar at the entry.
Best PF Chang’s we’ve ever dined in—fantastic! Service was impeccable. My lettuce wraps, ordered spicy and with a side of Ring of Fire sauce, were perfect. Companion’s dinner also perfectly done.
We were seated immediately for dinner. Our waiter was wonderful. Very attentive and personable. All the food we ordered was delicious, my only complaint was that our shrimp with lobster sauce was a bit overcooked.
The peach boba tea drink is addictive. I could not put it down.
PF Changs is always a solid choice. Food is always consistent. Spare ribs are killers, and all dishes are always good. Vegetables are never mushy and are flavorful. It is a little more expensive than you might think, so check prices if you have a particular dollar range in mind. I would also add a note about the wait staff. We've all noticed servers not being the servers we've grown accustomed to in the past, but PF Changs continues to hire and train motivated folks who want to be there. Makes a difference, does it not? One last note... if you ever wanted to know what the PF stands for... it stands for Peter Fleming - as in Flemings Steak House.
Atmosphere and food was delicious. Fried rice is what we always order from here. Or the chicken with broccoli. Food is on point and portions are large. I always add some soy sauce for extra flavor. Great staff. Located next to the mall entrance so you can walk it off or go see a AMC movie upstairs.
