I love Panera Bread -- I just wish they served the black bean soup every day.

Kate in catering was amazing. What began as a somewhat tedious process was made super easy and the process could not have been easier. I arrived 15mins early and it was ready and waiting, she helped me to my vehicle and I was gone in under 5 minutes. Kate is one of those pillars that keeps the operation running, and I really hope her management team appreciates that for her sake.
Getting a little bit of work accomplished over lunch. The atmosphere is perfect with upbeat music played at the right level. The Dark Coffee was fresh & bold and of course—what is a stop at Panera without a Pecan Twist? It was delicious with a hint of citrus and cinnamon in every bite. The staff was efficient and friendly making for a very nice break from my busy day. Parking was easy to find and well thought out. Indoor and outdoor seating options are available.Membership options for coffee lovers.
Never been a fan of Panera Bread but I had a work meet up and it was there. Food was ok but service was great. Drink options were unique and they have a decent bakery selection.
Loved this panera. Small outdoor seating with massive indoor dining. The interior is really cozy and specious. Great vibe nearby. This whole place is surrounded by restaurants,coffee shops,stores,sushi place etc. There's a EV charging station right next. So while your vehicle is charging this panera is probably the best place to have some foods. The staff as usual are friendly and informed.
Darwin is the best! He is quick, diligent, friendly, polite, and professional. He also greets everyone that comes in. He listens to what my order is supposed to. A few days ago, I ordered a plain bagel. I ended up with an everything bagel. I placed another order and I said a Large broccoli cheddar mac and cheese. The associate gave me broccoli cheddar soup. No wonder she asked me for a bowl or a cup. I won't deduct the stars because a good review is better than a negative one. Darwin gives awesome and positive vibes. A great reason to return back to this Panera!
Food is consistent, and much-improved coffee. Please don't take my word. Give them a try.

I am sorry to report a change in ownership of the store in New Tampa has led to a change in the meeting venue.
Costs more, ac lower, yet the staff is upbeat.
I do not frequent this location as much as I have in the last several years.
Again, sorry.
I just tried this location again.
It is priced too high, dirty, and very cold.

Nice place for lunch. Clean, friendly staff. Update*9/22/20* Ordered over the phone & used one of my gift cards. Very nice customer service & told them what time I would pick up. Order ready upon arrival. Soup was good, like homemade & very large sandwich & salad. Overall good experience. Thank you Panera !
Update* tried new flatbread pizzas. Pretty good. Not spectacular. You get 6 slices. 2 ppl can share with a salad. Publix had a great flatbread till they stopped making it.

Panera High woods service is the best. The employees are friendly and the food is amazing. I definitely recommend going here with friends family, or even for work. They have full catering menus to fit your event perfectly. Tip, try the french baguette side hot with cold butter. You will fall in love with it.
Naimah is one of the best employees at this Panera bread, she’s so helpful and kind at assisting any issue. A few days ago I had ordered breakfast everything bagel sandwiches, but the bagels were too salty. She immediately replaced the sandwiches and helped us immediately. She is truly such an amazing employee.
