The boba tea (we tried the Thai tea, almond milk tea and green tea) is fantastic and the green tea ice cream is so good!! The staff is so friendly!

The boba tea is outstanding. I enjoyed the ginger tea!! Ice cream is exceptional and what a treat to see how they magically turn the cream into a wonderful taste treat with sooo many toppings to choose from!!!
Love watching the yummy handcrafted ice cream being made right in front of you! Peach Boba tea with bursting peach Boba is wonderful! Love the bursting that occur in your mouth with every sip of tea! Great service!

Hand rolled ice cream, how can it not be 5 stars!? Seriously, I try to stay away from sweets but today I had a sweet tooth. I ordered the Good Morning with vanilla ice cream. Cinnamon and chocolate is a perfect match. I highly recommend this place. Staff is friendly, dress is casual and prices are fair.

Stop by here after a long day of adventuring around. Service was quick, friendly, and skilled. They also offer a selection of tees which inspired me to order one as well. If we go there again, I would not recommend getting the tea. Nothing special about it. Just stick with the ice cream!

I have never heard of popping boba before so, she let me sample the strawberry and, lychee boba. (Which was so sweet of her as most places due to COVID have stopped samples.) What a treat !!!

Although there was a strong sulfur-like odor that hits you at the door, it was a quaint place. I ordered a taro smoothie with extra boba. It tasted like she included some of the vanilla ice cream and it was great! I would like to try the ice cream...Hopefully the smell goes away.

Izzy took care of us and we could not have been happier. Izzy was kind and knowledgeable and patient as this was my 1st but not last time here.

Such a little hidden gem! The ice cream is made with only 5 ingredients and is made in front of you from a liquid form on a cold slab. The boba teas are delicious! I had the Thai Milk tea. I would definitely recommend stopping by here. Plus it’s a family run business and they’re very friendly. Love it!
Best boba I have had since Hawaii. The owner was super nice and gave a lot of advice of the best flavors. I got the Thai and my girlfriend got the Mocha.
35 Below is definitely one of my go to spots! I am a big Boba Tea fan and the Thai Tea hits the spot every time! My wife and daughter love the hand rolled ice cream! So many flavor combinations to choose from! Try it out!

Decent ice cream, there is better around but not rolled ice cream. If you do come here I reccomend you dont get cream on your ice cream since it runs the point of rolled icecream. Rolled ice cream look is what makes unique, so if you cover it in whipped cream it doesnt have the greatness as any other place does.
I got the Monkey Business rolled icecream. It was absolutely delicious! Perfect for a hot summer day!
This place is amazing. I'm glad that this place exists so I can quench my thrist for a boba tea in the South Tampa area. The staff here is polite and there's plenty of seating inside and outside this establishment. My favorite boba tea is grean apple with mango popping boba. Feel free to stop by if your in the area.

Super cute shop! I got a mango boba and it was delicious! The owner was there and she was so personable. The whole store is adorable, even the bathroom!
