Hotel bar is truly a remarkable place in Tampa. All of the bartenders are consummate professionals. The music is excellent. The vibe always seems to be exactly what is needed. I definitely want to recognize Kaysaan specifically for consistently amazing service and remarkable cocktails. I have never seen somebody simultaneously build eight cocktails to spec in the way that he does with a smile and a conversation while still ensuring absolute perfection in taste. He is one of the key reasons I keep coming back. Thank you Hotel Bar!
My wife and I came to hotel bar for the first time, we had the pleasure of being served by Kayson, and wow he was so knowledgeable and personable. Made us the best drinks. Couldn’t recommend him and this place more!!!
Bartenders were professional and amazing. Cocktails were perfectly curated. I came to Tampa for business and ended up buying a ticket for a friends giving event that Kay sold me on. Bailey and Kay were both attentive and creative. One of the best cocktail experiences I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to fly back into town on the 21st.
If your looking for an old school watering hole and deliciously unique craft cocktails this is your place. I requested the bar tender to make me something sweet / fruity and with a kick and he delivered! Have been here a few times and always a great experience.
My friend and I were referred to this bar from another bartender elsewhere and it did not disappoint. This bar has great music and is open late on the daily. Mikey and TJ are extremely knowledgeable and took great care of us every night with great sass and humour, such a hardworking crew at this cocktail lounge! Awesome bar to check out if you’re visiting Tampa.
No small bites available would be my only complaint. Drinks were spot on! I love when places have signature unique cocktails. Atmosphere is casual, sophisticated. Music was hip. Kinda of a small bar, so seating is limited, especially for a larger group. Consumers are very friendly.

It’s a very cute and romantic bar. I’ve been there twice now and will return every chance I get.
I went once a Sunday night and it was not very busy which we enjoyed. We went back in a Friday night and it wasn’t packed but it was a little busy.
The drinks were amazing and the bartender recommendations were on point.
Great drinks, moderately priced. Highly recommend the corpse reviver no. 2. Kay was amazing, he made us whatever we asked for and was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions. TJ kept our cups full and everything clean. Great atmosphere, great service. Next time I'm in Tampa, I will be coming back.
Such an enjoyable experience. Came here for a happy hour, ordered nothing on the happy hour menu though, but very well priced.
Fancy and yummy cocktails - the 4 of us (3 of my coworkers) enjoyed a variety of cocktails including old fashioned, wines, hotel nacional, sidecar, and a few more that I forget about. 😜
We were offered snacks too. Our server and bartender, TJ and Jason, were phenomenal, so attentive, and so fun. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.
Hotel bar was awesome today. I was greeted instantly with a loud welcome. Sat at the bar, had a Hotel Nacional, and tried the bartender Baileys’ favorite gimlet.
Every drink was perfectly balanced. Up to par with Mandarin Heights. These are the only two cocktail bars I would ever frequent.
Kaysaan recommended my dirty martini to be with Grey Goose instead of Tito’s. Best decision I’ve ever made. Chalk it up with green olives and I was taken aback.
I will be back for every happy hour after being back in office, and for sure will be bringing my executives who are in town for a few days!

I come to this bar each time I’m in town, but Mikey made my last experience extraordinary. He’s truly a master of his craft and also gave excellent recommendations for the area. If you want a fantastic dirty martini, go see him.
The best drinks and service in town! Kaysaan is my favorite bartender, he always greets us with a smile and always remembers our drink order. Everyone else who works there is also great!

What would I GIVE to bring this bar back home with me! I feel like the luckiest for stumbling upon this place. The drinks were phenomenal, company was exceptional, one of the best atmospheres I have experienced, & I must say their pop-house music playlist was to die for. Mikey is a new bartender and absolutely KILLED IT! He was so fun and knowledgeable, someone made an amazing decision by making him a mixologist. I hope to visit again before I leave, but plan on telling everyone to visit if they are in Tampa!
Came here from Canada , TJ and Mikie were super great welcoming for being the first time here . Their knowledge in cocktails and whiskey was amazing compared to the area . Coming back again before heading back ! Enjoying the hotel nacional, a cocktail from a Cuban hotel & espresso martini . Fit my pallet perfect would recommend to anyone new to the Tampa area for good vibes , good conversation & amazing music !

We were told to visit here while visiting nearby Fly bar in Tampa from Miami and we were blown away. The cocktails were delicious and the concept is so such an awesome conglomerate of international drinks.
Quaint and upscale decor that is perfect for casual conversation with friends over a drink or to impress a date. While we did not try the food, the bar tenders were very polite and conversational and made great drinks even if they were not on the menu. The menu consist of signature drinks from various famous hotel bars around the world with at least one drink that can satisfy any palette. Drinks prices may seem a little high at ~$12 but definitely worth it for the attention to detail and the craft of cocktail making. I will definitely come back here during my next trip to Tampa.
