The food was good it reminded me of the Chinese food back in New york, the family that worked they were also very kind
The food was still piping hot when we got home!! The spring rolls were crunchy and our food was absolutely delicious!! I recommend the donuts! This local family business works really hard and they are super friendly!
Good food and for delivery they give u every sauce for me that is what sets it apart from other places
Customer service is the best I’ve seen at a spot like this. Food is awesome to
I order on line and have delivered. The food is always hot, fresh and so yummy.
Friendly and profesioanal employees. Their food is amazing, and I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a great warm meal.
This place is the only china spot we go to Honeyyyyy its the quality, the freshness the service, the short wait for delivery but the best thing about it is watching this family owned business thrive. The fathers dedication to this business he does it all cook, deliver you name it all with a smile. This is a great place with quality Chinese food I just wish they were open on Tuesdays 🫣
I've ordered twice from this restaurant and both times I was greeted with a smile and friendly demeanor. All that before I even got my food. So add great tasting food and excellent service. China One will been my go to from here on out. Thanks China One
There food is average as any Chinese food place , but there crab Rangoon I find better than other places in area , never had a problem with the food . Always very hot and fresh and order doesn’t take very long , fast and good service , boneless pork combination platter is great along with the vegetable Lo mein very juicy and full of flavor and reasonable amount of veggies
Good, quality food and good service. I eat here at least once a week. Pros: fresh food, good size portions, decently priced. Cons: slow delivery time (I live across the street and was quoted 45 minutes for delivery of a single item), they use a third party site for online ordering which isn't always up-to-date on hours of operation or inventory, and they list chow mein on the menu when the dish is vegetables with crunchy toppings. They are, however, very consistent, and only closed for a few days when the Pandemic began, continuing to offer to go service and delivery with no entry to the restaurant.
This was amazing it will be my go to Chinese food
The food is usually good. I've had it a bit cold sometimes, if I'm ordering at 7pm on a Friday, but that's to be expected if you're too lazy to pick it up while it's hot. Consistently, though, the food is good. That alone earns a few stars.
Beyond that, the menu is massive, and nothing seems to suffer for it. No, it isn't fine dining, this is take-out Chinese food, but you get exactly what you ask for - even if it's chicken wings or french fries. I'm not sure how they manage to have a menu that big without screwing at least one thing up terribly, but I guess they're just good.
The biggest thing for me - you can order online. No phone conversations that need clarification, no questions about the menu, the total, or when the order was submitted or estimated wait times. Not only that, but they actually read the notes you submit with your online order, include extra sauces or find difficult locations, and they'll call you if they have any questions.
That does seem like something they should do - and I suppose it is - but a lot of restaurants don't go to the trouble. China One does, and that's why I'm giving them five stars.
It was nice. The food was good. I just moved to the area. A little bit pricey but it was still good. It was clean andit was cooked on time. You will enjoy!!!
Great, I've gotten takeout from here multiple times with no issue. This is near the university mall, which doesn't have the most high quality people, so I assume that's why there's a lot of over-dramatic reviews. Only complaint I have is that they did forget chopsticks once. It's right across the street from USF, which works great during rush hour traffic.
I love this restaurant. They always customize my rice for me. I end up paying $2 for each add in but it's definitely worth it. They also have the ideal location for me persolnally. My job requires a lot of travel around town. This location would deliver to my home, as well as to about 5 working locations. They pull up my account from my phone number and we're good to go. This review has got me wanting an order of pork fried rice, no onion, no veggie. Add egg & shrimp 🍤
The food is always fresh and hot. The prices are fair, and the service is friendly.
You can even request for them to make what you order spicy. I requested spicy Wonton soup and it was amazing! Also they make these sugar donut balls that are to die for. The variety of food is great, and some of their food inventions are genius. They have steak and cheese egg rolls!!! If your craving good chinese cuisine, try China One and you won't be sorry.
