First time visiting this location and WOW, great service, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Manager (Kelsey) walked to our table to bring our food personally, she also took a picture with my son (who's Autistic)and was extremely kind and caring....definitely will re-visit and recommend this location!! thumbs up Chick-Fil-A

I love Chick-fil-A and am so very happy that they opened the Gandy location. My sister and I went there tonight for dinner with our kids and it was packed. They had a group there having a birthday party on top of all the other customers. The cashiers were fast and courteous, and we were served quickly. But the best part was Michael. He was a very polite young man and very helpful to us. I also noticed he kept busy the entire time we were there. Serving orders through the rush, wiping down tables when needed, getting items or clearing trays for us and other customers and sweeping up all the messes quickly. Nice to see a teenager take his job seriously and do it well. Thank you Michael, you were a delight.

Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Audrey at Chick-Fil-A, located at 3678 W Gandy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611, and it was an exceptional experience. Audrey is a kind and positive representative, with excellent communication skills. Even in the midst of the dining room renovations, she handled frustrated customers with grace. Her kind words bring out the best in people. Audrey's dedication to customer service is truly commendable! Definitely five stars for outstanding service!"

Changed up today and orders grilled nuggets and med order of waffle fries. I didn’t receive the ketchup and honey I requested, but I was still awesome. 4.9 stars

Excellent drive thru ! Other fast restaurants could learn something from Chick-fil-A. Consistancy! Been in numreous states and they all provide the same quality of service.
