What a name box of Cubans, sounds like it might be a cigar store. But it's not. This place is a hidden hidden hidden g e m. Best Cuban sandwich in my current memory. And with all the places I go who knows about my memory. But I'm sure this is a top-level you got to try it you got to go there Cuban sandwich. Now first in order to find this place you drive down the street and it's a little tough. It's hidden inside a convenience store behind the gas station with the little green circle I think BP kind of gas station. Sign is on the big standard out front beneath the gas station stuff and as you walk up to the convenience store there's a smaller Circle that says box of Cubans on the right. Now that you know how to find it get out there and find it and have a great meal. Now back to our meal. Cuban sandwich at all the right attributes that a pure Cuban sandwich should have, including a Cuban family making it. Apparently this running a restaurant has been a dream and a passion for this man and his wife. They are living the dream, and we can participate and be part of that dream by coming on in and having another sandwich or their black beans or my gosh the green sauce that they made to put on the pork I got a little taste of it oh my God it was great. Now I also had an empanada and I have had a lot of empanadas around the country and this one was Far and Away the best. Finally something where the pastry on the empanadas was thin and balanced with the meat, unlike some of the ones I've had with quarter inch thick pastry. This place is where you need to go for lunch in fact I would say call ahead take 10 sandwiches back for the crew at work this is the way to have a meeting and a great lunch. These people are so nice and they're cooking is so loving get on down there and have a good time I did. And I'm going back next time I'm in town. I sure hope it's soon. I can meet up when you live 2000 miles away
Today we had Cubans from Box of Cubans. That was by far the absolute best Cubans I’ve ever had my life.
The owners were so amazing. The pork was absolutely amazing and juicy. (When Callie eats the meat, you know it’s good)Their homemade sauce is to die for. It definitely made a pregnant woman so happy. I wanted to go back for some more it was that good.
It does take 15 to 20 minutes for Cuban. But the wait was definitely worth it. You can tell that they really put their passion and love in their food. Fresh sautéed onions. Fresh out of the oven pork. The bread was perfectly pressed and not too crunchy or burnt. They seriously deserve ����� out of �����. Will definitely make this a regular place!
Marcos and Oni, we are so happy to meet you! Your food is delicious and that is hands down the best pulled pork I've tried, so tender and full of flavor! Thank you for the recommendations, the mojito pork sandwich is outstanding and we loved the Cubano. Foods absolutely perfect. Taste like a home cooked meal right from a family that owns and operates the business. Could not have been more pleased with the food or the service. Definite hole in the wall lunch spot i completely recommend checking out.
Food was amazing, staff are wonderful as well. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants really good Cuban food. Being Cuban myself I think that the selection is astounding, and takes me back to home. Great job Box of Cubans! I will definitely be back plenty more.
The owners not only treat their customers in the most extraordinary way, but they treat them as if they were family. There food is by far the best Cuban food I've ever had. I love eating with Box of Cubans and wouldn't want to get my Cuban sandwiches anywhere else 😁 If you haven't tried their food yet you're missing out!!!
Fantastic! We loved the service. Marcus and his wife are super. Stop by for cafe con leche and the best Cuban sandwich! The red bean, rice, and chicken bowl was great and the cilantro sauce second to none. Check out the rest of the menu. !Que pase buen dia!

Paid my first visit to Box of Cubans today. The best compliment I could think of was "I'll be back!"
I took my box, got in the car and started eating half as I drove away. I thought dang this is really good. When I got to my destination I decided to eat the other half with the dipping sauces provided. If you skip the sauces your missing half of the enjoyment. They took my sandwich over the top. Made it the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had, including in Miami or Tampa. Seek out this jewel, you will be thankful for having done so.

Fabulous Cuban sandwich and Pork bowl. Don't forget the secret sauce as that is where the taste explodes. Great food and passionate owners. I wish them all the best in this journey.

Of all the locations I've gone to, this one has the friendliest service. They also serve everything that's pictured on the menu (yes I've ordered at a different location from the menu just to be told they don't sell that item at that location). The dining area is always clean and well spaced.

Now the trick behind their menu if you want Halal mean, there is a new moon sign on top right corner of the picture of the sandwich/ dish!

Fantastic pizza!! I reviewed the pizza place on Gulf to Bay next to Clearwater HS so not sure why this says Causeway.
I like it allot. I go there pretty regularly, not a huge selection but always fresh and delicious
Can not remember which store I went to here at this Plaza but I'll give you a 5 Star Rating.
