Alex says he’s fairly new , but you would never know it. His customer service is beyond excellent and his friendly welcoming smile will brighten anyones day. This was my first time trying the egg and cheese bagel on an Asiago which was pretty good. Last time I had the French toast bagel toasted well with cream cheese and it was excellent! My partner highly recommends the lox and cheese , so if you’re on the fence , just go for it ! If you have room for dessert, you can’t go wrong with the extra large M&M or chocolate chipper cookie. So yummy!
Great bagel place. When you go there, they have a window inside the building where you can see how they bake their bagels. I love their rainbow bagel, it has a unique color. Other than that it tastes the same as a plain bagel. I love their coffee, it tastes great and instead of ice, they use ice cubes of coffee. It is pretty crowded during the weekend. There is not a lot of parking spaces, that might be a little bit challenging to find a space for your car.
18 bagels co was fantastic. The bagels compliment your tastebuds & the iced coffee bar is the neatest thing I’ve seen yet. I love this place & will definitely be revisiting often for breakfast.
This place has an awesome atmosphere. It is clean neat and very progressive. You can see the bagels being made in front of you as well as them being true to their name of having 18 different styles of bagels. I definitely recommend this place for a midday meeting or a quick snack. I had the bagels and they were quite good.

Big fan of the self serve draft cappuccino and coffee ice cubes! I am gluten free so I wish there was more options for me personally but it is a bagel place and they have egg scramblers that are delicious and gluten free so I will take it. My kiddos love the rainbow and other holiday themed plain bagels.
Their cream cheese and salmon bagel is just to die for, also the coffe was very good too.
I’m from New Jersey, so I know what good bagels are, and these are pretty close to the ones in jersey! The staff is super courteous, the coffee is to die for, and all the food is really good!! The only bad reviews are from the dumb rich south Tampa people that have an actual stick up their ass at all times. 5 stars!!!
Tasty food and drinks. Fun, flavorful, and unique options. It's a quaint and cute space. Has some outdoor patio tables as well. They are understaffed, like most places these days, but the staff they do have are very kind and doing the best they can
It is nice to have a breakfast option that isn’t part of a national chain. The bagel and coffee I ordered were both good. However I do have a couple notes.
First, they could stand to up their coffee game. While the coffee was good enough I feel like they would do better if they had more variety.
Second, I would have preferred it if the place was just a LITTLE bit cleaner. The drink bar and bathroom both looked like they could use a good once over. But I showed up on a Saturday morning so I can cut them a little slack since it was a busy time.
Overall, pretty good. Will be coming back.
Clean environment, very organized, the cashier doesn't suggest anything though, I had a small coffee and a plain bagel with cream cheese, still pricey, but overall good
My experience is that -the Bagels are delicious. If you can eat 18 bagels 🥯-I say go for it. I ordered my first time coming and I forgot to stress I wanted turkey and turkey bacon. But the y re-made my sandwich and offered to give my money back.
All n All , I love the food. Stop in and get a few -if your own a bagel hype!
There is nothing like having a great bagel to start the day. Lucky for me this spot is close to my office. Can't wait to try lunch
All I can say is the customer service here is exceptional. Although tasty, my order was made missing a couple toppings. When I called the store they politely apologized for the mistake. I went back in for a refund on the items missing and they refunded my entire order. I couldn’t believe it! I’m so used to awful customer service at other establishments, that I never expected a full refund. The very kind man helping me said, “We gladly refund your money if it wasn’t correct!” Food is tasty, people are friendly and customer service is awesome! Also, try the iced coffee with the ice cubes made of coffee! FANTASTIC!!!!! I will absolutely be back!
