The cashier was nice, they have a nice selection of items. BEST Cafe con Leche I've ever had in my life. Good Tamales. The prices are good. I'm definitely going back to try more of their food.
Mom&Pop sandwich shop that also serves lunch in the form of several meat options (picadillo, chicken ropa vieja, etc), rice options, and other sides (platanos, yuca, frijoles, etc.). Service is warm and welcoming and prices are very affordable. I think if my grandma were Cuban, she would cook like this.
This cafe is own by an older couple. They are super friendly. They barely speak English but their smiles and friendly service makes up for everything. Please people, do not complain about prices. Business owners need to pay for rent, insurances, licenses, etc... support this couple. They're adorable, here in America trying to make a living.
I am all about supporting small business. Great people. Smiles all around. All good except pricing. Small cuban place like this should have reasonable prices. Stopped by for a coffee, and thought why not try omellette to give the place some business. My bill came to 17.50 and with tip close to $21. Kid you not! Omellete was 10.50, asked for onions in omellete 0.75, cuban bread 1.50. First the older gentleman rang it up to $25. At my perplexed face, he punched bunch of keys again to drop it down to $17.50. :) Just saying...!!!
I’ve liked this place so much that I’ve visited twice. Their Cuban sandwiches are amazing , as well as the croqueta sandwiches. I mean everything is great. Pedro and the other young lady are great people , they make you feel at home. If you are Cuban and come into Tampa I recommend you visit them!
Ordered Cuban cheese toast on a whim bc I needed something a quick. Great place. Great prices. Friendly staff. Everything was clean

The food is awesome if you want a true cuban cuisine meal you have to come to Pedro's and Cary's restaurant and if you want a place with true cuban atmosphere and vibe and the staff will treat you very good plus the service is outstanding.

My boyfriend and I discovered this restaurant last Sunday on a bike ride and love it! I love their coffee and their empanadas are delicious! The men who work there are very friendly. Did I mention the delicious coffee?
You should bring a friend who speaks Spanish to order. Just makes things easier but isn't necessary. This place is great! I have a buddy who comes down from Jacksonville a few times a year and we always make sure to eat here at least once each time here's here. After you stuff yourself until your belt needs loosened, try some of their coffee. It's delicious!!!
Looooove the couple behind this small family business! They make you feel at home with their authentic cuban food. Tamales are delicious, you can't find better ones in Tampa, I can assure you. Prices are great and food is always fresh. Also, this is the best place to go for a good café con leche.
They close at 3pm so make sure you get there early!
