There have been a handful of times in my life where I felt like things were out of control and at the moment I kind of needed it. Someone was really kind and provided really great food service, so you just eat something and go about the rest of my day. This KFC is one of those places where the guys are so cool and collected and so kind makes you feel like you matter is really just a great example of how one person’s attitude can change your entire day. Great chicken, cool people. 10/10
The quality of this KFC has dramatically improved in the last 3-4 months. The chicken is juicy, the cold slaw is fresh,...you can tell the cook, and prep cook care. Also Bethany is always very nice in the drive threw. Just wanted to take a minute and tell you guys and your manager you are doing an amazing job. I appreciate it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I went in for lunch and it was a pleasant experience. The employees were nice and the food was fresh. Plus it wasn't too busy so there was plenty of seating.
Went inside and cashier was sitting down on her phone and never noticed me. Waited to see how long before she looked up. About 2 minutes into waiting someone in the kitchen saw me and alerted her. She appeared to have been bothered to help.
Please train your cashiers at the inside dining how to take an order and use the register properly. The poor girl who took my order seemed totally confused what to do , and she asked for help several times until someone from the back kitchen , not the manager , came up to help her . The food was good, I had to wait for chicken to cook , but that’s fine with me.
Wow, the person working the window was kind and suggestive when it came to the menu... Btw there, new chicken nuggets are delicious... I had the new updated bowl with them, and I must say very good. Great customer service

My mom has literally been picking up food from here 3 times a month or more. She had originally given up on kfc due to the terrible customer service and food quality. However, she continues to rant over and over on how amazing the staff is and how consistent they have freshly made food. It’s even one of the few things my 3 year old wants seconds of. We will continue coming back to this location!
Great friendly service. Food portions were very small I haven't been to KFC in a few years. I actually ordered a lunch special. And I had to order a sandwich to fill me up.
Great location! My friend and I both got a 3 piece tender meal, and it was great! A lot of food for the price!
