I arrived at the store and saw that it was next to a gas station so I assumed I needed to walk in. There didn't seem to be a sign that there was a drive thru or where to enter until I got out of my car and walked almost to the front door when I saw the drive thru.
I ordered and then drove up to the window. My order wasn't completely ready so they asked me to pull out front. I was a bit disappointed that I want prompted for my loyalty scan for my app. Then the last item did come out in just a few minutes. Then I also didn't get a receipt or have one offerred to me.
Otherwise the food was good and serviced hot where appropriate.
I have grown to really enjoy the dunkin cold brew with oatmilk and cold foam. The donuts are decent. There is a dunkin on every corner here. Unlike in Seattle, it's a Starbucks on every corner. They are quick, most of the time get my order correct, and affordable. Was drinking these daily and I'm hooked.
Probably the best salted caramel cold brew I've had from any Dunkin in Tampa! Seriously. The presentation looked like the picture and tasted as it should.
LCcourtny greeted me with a beautiful smile and gave me excellent service. It was very nice to see her smile this morning.
I think this place has a new staff now because before they didn't care I would be trying to order coffee before work and they'd never take my order. I stopped going there because they were rude and always made me wait 20 mins for simple coffee. Until recently I decided to give them another opportunity and it looks like the angry disgruntled employees are no longer there.
They now have a fresh new crew and they are awesome and doing a good job my coffee taste great my Cressant is on point and my mornings seem to start off better. Thank you for the improvement guys
The staff is great. Haven't had any real problems with them. They suffer from being a small location though, and sometimes forget the little things like napkins.
That being said, they really are doing their best with what they have. I hope they upgrade equipment and get a little more help soon to make getting your food faster.
I stopped by on a whim. There was no line and the staff was very nice. I was literally in and out in less than 2 minutes as I did drive thru. Some Dunkin’ locations have an issue making a decent iced coffee in the tampa bay area but this one does not. It was great and I’d be back!
Fantastic coffee, nailed my order. Donuts were fresh and fantastic. Service was incredibly quick at a notoriously busy time block. Stocked this is my new go-to location.
Trey & David are very helpful and friendly! Went in to DD this morning, had a coffee made & it did not taste how it should. I couldn't go back because I was on my way to work. When I got a break from work, they were helpful in making me a new coffee plus giving me these 2 boxes of donuts for free. They more than made up for the mistake and I will be back 😁
