This company is AMAZING. Please do yourself a favor and buy the meals. It is so easy to pick your meals and honestly pretty affordable than other companies like this. I also love that this company is local. Every single dish I have had has been amazing from here and it helps me stay on top of my fitness goals. I recommend, if you're still on the fence just go buy an individual meal that they sell there and try it out!

I have use FitEx several times over the past few years and have been on the service for over six months now. The Quality control over time has been top notch. My main reason for staying with FitEx is the low salt and high flavor.
Absolutely love FitEx. My boss recommended the service at the perfect time when my partner and I were trying to cut down on the time it took to meal prep. We get 5 meals each per week for our lunches and there’s no way we could get this level of variety for the same price at the grocery store. The portion sizes are spot on for us and I love that they offer body builder meals if we would ever need to eat more calories. If all that wasn’t enough, their delivery execution is amazing. They send multiple texts letting us know when the meals will arrive and bring them in durable cooler bags that actually keep the meals cold if we aren’t home right away. I can’t recommend this company enough for people who want to eat delicious, healthy meals every week without spending hours and a fortune to do so.
Currently eating a Beef and Broccoli over sweet potato noodles and it is delicious. I just popped it in the microwave and it was ready to go. Can't wait to try the other meals.
I love this place! Perfectly portioned food dishes that are healthy and delicious! If you don’t have time or energy to cook and want eat healthier, FitEx is the best. They offer an amazing selection that changes from week to week so you’re never bored by the menu. Plus they deliver, too! I’m on the weekly plan and so far I’m down over 10 pounds in 6 weeks. I can’t recommend FitEx enough!
The selection of meals here are great! The salmon with the rice pilaf was so good after my workout! Very convenient since I was leaving the gym during rush hour and didn’t want to wait until I got home to eat.
The girl working was very kind and helpful and I was able to use the microwave to heat up my food and eat it right away! 🍱

I love this place! Jigglypuff used to be 25 pounds (which is a lot for a Jigglypuff) and I was, honestly, demotivated. I didn't want to chug down protein shakes and go on intense diets. But, Cottonee told me I should try here, and I keep coming back every day! The food is delicious and, currently, with some exercise, I lost 5 pounds! The food is yummy, and it, honestly, is the best kind of meal if you want to be satisfied while eating healthy! An overall 5 stars for FitEx Meals!

I started getting these meals back in 2019 because they were easy to manage with my school schedule. Now 2 years later I have started to get these meals again because of the vast variety of meals they offer, along with the great quality you get with all of the meals. The owner is super nice and is always looking for ways to improve or create different meals which is where I think they separate themselves from other meal prep companies who only offer the same food options week to week. I have not had a bad meal that I didn't enjoy yet, but my personal favorites from Fitex are the enchilada bowl, cheeseburger bowl, and the Shepards pie bowl. These meals are so good I have to hide them from my girlfriend so she doesn't eat them.
Pleasantly surprised by how delicious each meal was. Highly recommend. Delivery is pricey but I do pick up.
FitEx's menu features so many delicious, healthy options. Their delivery service is reliable and convenient. Their prices are fair. But perhaps most importantly, their customer service is exceptional. When we needed to end our subscription, it was the most painless customer service experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough.
The best decision ever. Food is great, like great, customer service is second to none. For a person working 12+ hrs a day, always on the run, traveling a lot, being able to hit the microwave for 2 minutes and have a fresh cooked, delicious homemade meal, this service is priceless!!!
My wife and I have been using FitEx for about six months now - after being disappointed with one of their competitors - and we are so glad we made the switch. The food is both healthy and delicious. The menu rotates so you don’t get tired of the meals. With the portions controlled, both of us have lost weight without dieting or being hungry. The prices are reasonable. I like that you can have meals picked up or delivered up to three times a week, so the food is always fresh. We do both pickup and delivery. Their service is outstanding. Mike and his team are always friendly and treat you like family. I also like that Dave will send a text message when he delivers an order, so I know it is at the door.
