Theres a whole gym in the back; stopped here with my associate to get a bowl with kale, noodles, chicken and corn it was very tasty!

Very great experience & tasty food. I tried an athlete bowl. The buffalo chicken was very good. Veggies were crisp and fresh. The staff was very friendly. Also tried a protein shake and it was very good as well. Highly recommend and will definitely return. 😊
12/2/2021 Tried for the first time, started with a kids meal for starters, something small. It was delicious, and I am excited to see that it is on the path that I take home from work every day, and a ten minute bicycle ride from home on the weekend. Had shredded kale with citrus herb grilled chicken and lemon agave dressing. Yum. Had enough chicken for leftover lunch today (devoured all the kale last night).Thanks :)
12/4 Second time here. Better than the first. Highly recommended. Chicken with kale, quinoa, sweet potatoes and the lemon agave dressing again. Delicious.
This place is an AWESOME find. Had to walk from waiting forever at Hyundai, and loved that we found this place. Similar to Bolay but more options and more flavor!
Such a great location. Our so. Goes to trench and we always get him a shake . The shakes are great and so is the service .
The Nutrition Factory is very close to my job so I frequent this location when I'm working in the office. Excellent food, love all of the health conscious options that are available. I believe everything on the menu is Gluten Free which is a big deal for me so I appreciate that too. Keep it up!
Just had for my first time. My protein shake was delicious and my bowl with steak was great also! The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned well! Will definitely eat again!
I order on Uber eats and the bowls are really fresh and great overall.
The food is delicious without a doubt. But when you order Salmon with your bowl and don't get it, after paying $21, that's a problem. I called several times to speak with a manager, but unfortunately, none are ever on site or available. I will be going back to Fresh Kitchen. 😔 UPDATE 1/10/22: I spoke with a manager who was sincerely apologetic about my experience and rectified it. Thank you so much Josh F. I appreciate it. 🙏
The absolute best food you can get. You will not find healthier food anywhere else. I drive an hour each week to get my meals from the Nutrition Factory. They take care of all my meal prep, which keeps me on track with my diet and goals. The food is cooked fresh, everything tastes amazing—even after days in the fridge, and the staff is super nice and helpful. All the food is super amazing but the bison meatballs will blow your mind, buffalo chicken is the bomb, and the steak is super tender. They even make kale taste good!! My only wish is that they were closer!
I got the snickerdoodle whey protein shake and an athletes bowl with steak, cauliflower rice, broccoli & chopped kale. Everything was delicious & the veggies were crispy. The protein shake was super tasty. Will be visiting again in the future.
hands down the absolute BEST health conscious restaurant in the bay! they're constantly changing the menu items so you don't get sick of eating the same thing all the time and their prices are on point in comparison to places likes Fresh Kitchen or SoFresh. however, my favorite thing about this place is the staff.. i've come to know Gianna (short girl on the line) and she always makes me feel known and welcomed. every time i come in we have a great conversation and she never shys away from letting me try her newest baking creations! if you don't go there for the food, go there for G!!

I love the food and shakes. It makes it easy to stay on track when there is a place that specializes in it. However I notice that out of the 4 times I went this week to grab a chocolate peanut butter shake (so yummm), the staff at the shake bar is quite rude. No hello, no thank you, no type of inviting personal touch. This can easily make me choose another place to go. I had also brought a friend here 2 weeks ago that chose to not buy from here due to their attitude.
I hope the owner can have a conversation with the staff I'd love to update my review.
Many people are already intimidated by healthy g and food joints, the staff don't have to be intimidating too...

I met with the owner and felt heard about my review and concerns. Even though I wrote my review a few days ago I did not stop going as their shakes are part of my routine etc. John recognized my name as he was taking my order and immediately spoke to me about my review. He ensured he has spoken to his staff and the culture of intimidation is not part of Nutritional Factory. After we spoke I visited again and had no issues or concerns. This place is truly amazing with their food and shakes!!!

This place is pretty new. I've been there twice now and got the power bowl with different veggies and toppings each time with vegan ranch. The food is really good and is very clean eating. The restaurant is attached to the gym but has a separate entrance and provides both indoor and outdoor seating. They also deliver and is close to work which is fantastic!
First time in here today and I was not disappointed! I was in a rush so I only got the Strawberry & Banana smoothie with their vegan protein. It was delicious! They definitely get kudos on having different protein options especially vegan! So many options to eat from bowls, wraps & smoothies. I love the tablets they have at the end where you can choose what you're getting and see all of the nutritional value! That helps when you're counting macros. The atmosphere was great, good music and a nice area to sit outside and eat. Pretty cool concept to see that it's located inside the Power House Gym. I'm definitely going back m.
This was my first time at the nutrition factory and it was just amazing. The employees were very friendly and super quick. The food is amazing I had a chicken Caesar spinach wrap. It was filling and healthy. I recommend this place to any locals or tourists (I am from WI) who are looking for fresh and healthy food with quick service and employees that are polite with smiles!! Next time I will try the protein shake they have many options!
I went back for a strawberry banana protein shake and it was delicious! It wasn’t to heavy and it was made with fresh fruits and almond milk! This is my new spot when I come to Florida!!!!
