Always get Great food with just the right portions. Reasonable prices with amazing friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat a good breakfast with out the hassle of making it themselves :)
A MUST visit for anyone in NH
Always a great sign when the line is out the door to wait for a table. The staff was moving and grooving to get everyone seated and served. Food was delicious, grilled cinnamon roll is a must. Service was fantastic and friendly even with the pressure of the line

Excellent service! Wonderful staff! The most delicious melt-in-your-mouth homemade muffins. Scrumptious breakfast sandwiches with fresh homemade bread/toast. Home fries and hash browns are fabulous. Will always come here when in NH!☆☆☆☆☆
We were heading home from camping off the Kancamagus, we passed dunkins but I wasn't in the mood. So i pulled up my phone and Rosie's popped up! Let me just tell you. We're picky. This place is amazing and 10/10 would come again. Our waitress was amusing and we don't get that back home. Mom got the stuffed French toast and she was in heaven. I had the western omelette and had a parfait to go - the parfait was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone looking for food.
My husband and I had breakfast here this past Friday, and all I can say is WOW!! I think I'm going to hang up my apron!! We both ordered the meat lovers omelets which came with a generous portion of home fries and a choice of toast. I opted for the homemade cinnamon toast and he ordered the grilled English!! The service was dead on, and I can't express the quality of the omelets...just in a word....... Perfect!! This is now our new "favorite" breakfast spot!!! Ask for Jordan, Brit or Rosie and tell them Janice sent you!!! Phenomenal place!!
I absolutely love this place ! The people are so thoughtful and down to earth they go above and beyond and make you feel like family ! I try to go at least every day ... the food is awesome with plentiful portions .. you can’t beat the complete package at Rosies with there smiling faces and great service and food!!!
We ate several meals here while on vacation and it was delicious ....staff is awesome . Highly recommend
Best place to eat around! Awesome waitresses, awesome kitchen staff, all around great place. Been going here for a few years and never been dissapointed with anything. If you havnt experienced Rosie ' s Restaurant you're missing out!!!
Still and will always be, one of the best restaurants in New England. They serve breakfast and lunch and the food and staff are amazing. Love you guys.
A necessary trip to the nearby DMV had us researching restaurants in the area and 'stumbling' across this one, and boy, the other reviews aren't kidding! We are a family of 6, two needing a wheelchair/walker, and neither one had any issues getting in and around this restaurant. We got there around noon and had no wait other than the few minutes it took the waitresses to push some tables together for us. Even before then, we were genuinely greeted like family!
I always like to try new things, so I ordered a small blueberry milk which was delicious and a sufficient amount to last the whole meal. I also ordered the chicken cordon bleu sandwich(grilled) with the much-talked about onion rings. Oh. My. Goodness. Never before have I had a grilled chicken sandwich that I could cut through like butter! Everything just melted in my mouth, and I was actually able to eat almost the whole thing, whereas I normally eat only half and take the remaining half home for another meal. The onion rings were absolutely perfect, texture-wise. If I could suggest anything at all, it would be to provide dipping sauce for them...Maybe they do, I just didn't think to ask because it wasn't necessary to my enjoyment of them. In fact I took the rest home to use in my scrambled eggs sometime.
Lastly, three of us ordered chocolate lava cakes. Definitely, absolutely, worth saving your appetite for, and I really wish I'd stopped at the half a sandwich so I could enjoy the whole dessert. Since it had ice cream on top, I didn't think it would survive the hour+ trip home, so I left it.
Overall, I found the atmosphere to be very home-like, as if you were sitting down to a kitchen table instead of a restaurant. The decor was beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful, and we definitely plan on coming again and again whenever we're in the area!
One thing to keep in mind: Breakfast lasts all day, but lunch starts at 11:30 if you plan on getting any of those items.
The only other improvement I would suggest would be to provide extra napkins; You only get one per table setting and there aren't any extras on the table.
Great food! And the staff was awesome!! I had the stuffed French toast and also tried the biscuits and gravy and the homemade corned beef hash. It was delicious!
The best food ever and wonderful servers who brighten your day. They are always happy and joking and nice to be around.
My french toast, turkey bacon and real maple syrup was awesome.
What more can you ask for great service, wonderful tasty food, and decent prices.
A "MUST" try if you are passing throughTamworth on Rte 16 going to the ski slopes, shopping, etc.
Awesome food! Wonderful friendly staff. My husband and I walked in 10 minutes before closing and once did we feel rushed in anyway. The best cinnamon rolls I have ever had!!
Rosie's is the number one place that we like to go for breakfast. The food is fantastic; the portions are great; the prices are reasonable and the staff of Rosie's make you feel at home!
I love this place, the staff are fantastic and the food is excellent and great value. No where better in the north country. If you have kids, they'll love the pancakes and the other great food choices.
They have REAL maple syrup!! Great food, great waitstaff! Eat here. May be a bit of a wait on Sundays, for good reason.
Great breakfast spot. The blueberry pancakes were outstanding. Friendly banter with the wait staff. I highly recommend Rosie's.
What a wonderful family-run community restaurant. Get the stuffed French toast and loaded home fries. Everything was delicious. Staff was lovely. Worth the wait!
We stumbled upon Rosie’s during our stay in Tamworth for a wedding, and it became a highlight of our trip. The warm atmosphere, delicious food (those homemade cinnamon buns are out of this world!), and exceptional service from Jane made us return two days in a row. What impressed us even more was how efficiently they managed a bustling crowd, seating everyone quickly without making us feel rushed. We can’t recommend this diner enough! A must-visit if you’re in the area.
Friendly staff, great food and amazing service. Jen recommended to start with cinnamon rolls and it was the highlight for the day. We bought cinnamon bread and brought it home with us.
We are staying nearby for Laconia bike week. Stopped here based on reviews. Glad we did. Great service, friendly waitresses (even humorous at times), and very tasty breakfast. Loved that they had options for cinnamon toast that didn't have raisins and hash browns. Highly recommend!
I forgot to write this sooner for our excellent server Jane! The food was great, which was good news because it’s basically the only breakfast place in the area. The steak & eggs and cinnamon toast bread were all tasty.

I have been vacationing in this area for 30 years and regrettably this was only the first time I’ve been to Rosie which is now our all time favorite breakfast place. The food was hot fresh and served by Cindy who had as much personality as anyone I’ve met and made the meal that much more enjoyable. We had a breakfast burger which declared the best ever, a farmhouse omelet with garlic/onion home fries and the most amazing fresh baked wheat toast (soft and toasty and flavorful) and blueberry pancakes with piping hot coffee and never ending mugfuls.
Delicious breakfast with the best corn beef hash I think I’ve ever had. Hash browns were crunchy and salty, and hot sauce was brought to the table without us even asking :)
We were on a time crunch and Jane saved our morning, helping us to pick an order that would come out quickly and providing us with take out containers just in case. We felt bad for being rushed but she was so sweet about it. We were even gifted us a cinnamon roll for the road! Sweet team and great meal. We are looking forward to returning when we have more time to eat in and enjoy the space!
There was a long line, but it went by super fast. The food was definitely worth the wait! Prices are a little expensive but not bad compared to other restaurants in the area.
Great breakfast in Tamworth, NH. Right across from White Lake State Park so it could be a nice change of pace if you don't feel like cooking at the camp site.
Always the BEST breakfast! We’ve been coming here for decades. Service is always friendly and expedient. Prices reasonable. We always have the same waitress, Cindy, and she is fantastic! She zips around there like her heals are on fire, always with a smile, fun and real. We love her! Jordyn is wonderful as well!
