Went for my husband’s birthday dinner. So glad we did! The food was excellent - especially the dates wrapped in wild boar bacon. Yellow chicken curry and steak frites (rib eye) also delicious. They clearly care a lot about where they source their food. Meat is local, grass fed. Interesting beer options - including a sour beer from Belgium and red rice beer from Japan. Dessert also big thumbs up - apple crisp and flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. Relaxed and friendly service and atmosphere. Veggie or vegan options available - you can sub tofu for the chicken or for the crispy beef. .

The food quality and taste was amazing. Definitely super tasty. The service was wonderful and the friendly. Definitely small but personal team so not a place if looking for quick bite as it does take some time. Very chill vibe and uses a lot of local products in their food including their beef is literally from down the road! The price point is pretty high for a meal so just be prepared. Burger was $22 before tip and tax and the cheapest entree and beef bowl is $28.

These guys really put a lot of intention on serving healthy, fresh, farm to table, local food. They don't use seed oils and everything is made to order. Gluten and gluten free options. I love the menu, delicious meals and they rotate the menu to stay in-season. The staff is personable and nice. The place is clean and has a relaxing vibe, and cool art. This has become my favorite lunch spot in Taos. Definitely don't miss out on this place and what they offer!

We stopped in around 11. You pay at the counter and bring you your food. Food came out pretty quick, but we were the only people there. The bowl was pretty expensive at 20 bucks. A little more than I like to spend for lunch, but the price met quality of the food. The steak in the bowl was very tender and delicious. The only thing that annoyed me was the box it was served in. Should have been a bowl. It was annoying mixing up the bowl in the small box. We ate outside in the courtyard. It was nice because it shielded you from the wind. Think of this place as bougie fast casual.

Very nice. It is not the same fine dining dinner experience as it was under Scott (old ownership). Sam and Pierre have made a simpler, relaxed breakfast and lunch spot. They are welcoming and the food is creative and delicious. It is busy with locals who already love it. Best Wishes to their success!

Absolute perfect date night spot! Small, cozy atmosphere, so be sure to make reservations. The selection is small, but it’s evidently been perfectly. We split the shrimp and artichoke pot pie and it was fantastic!

Arguably the best meal I've had. The food, atmosphere, and presentation were all incredible. This will be a must visit on all of my future visits to Taos. Excellent service.
