Our favorite spot in Taos! Live music every night with really amazing bands going on after 8pm. Bar gets crowded at night. Love that they serve local wine from vivac. Drink and food prices are reasonable.
We loved all the food we had...salsa, burger and fries, chicken enchiladas, and the chile rellenos are our favorite.
Katie behind the bar is awesome!
Lots of locals, great vibes, and dancing.
The food was delicious. We had an overall great experience. With the exception of a staff member deciding to unlock the bathroom door while I was in it. Fortunately I was washing my hands at that point. It was very busy. There was live music and it was brunch. The food and service was very good for how busy it was at the time. Well worth the trip.
Solid breakfast, atmosphere, and service!! Very reasonably priced for serving size.
Delicious food, fun environment with live music and beautiful paintings in a dark wooden atmosphere. Upon walking in I was ignored by the server until a guest told me it was self seating and I said oh I can just sit anywhere and the server looked at me and said yes, thankfully she wasn't my server as another woman came on the floor but my server May have been overwhelmed with the tables because everyone else sat after my party and it filled up in time for the band and it was really hard to get her attention especially for the bill. The food made up for the bad service so be prepared for that.
Food, wine, and service were great, as was the live entertainment. It was one of the few places open until 9pm, which was convenient since we got into town at 7:30pm, and most places close @8pm.
Good food. We liked the music too.
Best margs and carne asada chili fries were good. Craig the bartender is great! Music is nice. Since so much is closed Monday’s this is great and liked the music too !
Probably tied for the coolest place in town with the Alley. Cheapest drinks and great food, especially the chile relleno. Live music every time I've been there, dancing and cool people. Older crowd but fun.
We heard 2 different performers. Charlie Marvin, kind of mellow folk tunes, then then Chris Morel and Charlie Woehler who are really fun to dance to. Prime rib was great. I got double veggies instead of fries. It's such a cool old bar. We prefer to dine there over the big dining room. The back patio is wonderful dining on summer evenings, coming soon!!
Lovely New Mexican atmosphere, great musicians sharing their craft, nice people all around. A Taos tradition!
Taos has a cool air in the June, Sit outside of the restaurant and enjoy good food, live music at this place. That enough for recharge after hardworking day.
The food here was delicious and the setting is classic Taos! Really enjoyed the live music too!

Loved the love music on the patio on a wonderful Wednesday afternoon.
I was traveling through and walked in right at 9 pm (close). The website mentioned the restaurant closes at 10 pm, not 9.
Well they were amazing because they made me nachos and not only was their service absolutely amazing, the nachos are some of the best I’ve had. They were so sweet and accommodating. & they definitely did not have to go out of their way to cook me something after they closed. THANKS ALL! ✨
