In a town of mediocre food & service this was a hidden gem. Cosy restaurant in The Hotel Telluride. Our party of 6 ate here 4 times & all were excellent. Guiseppe was a great host & always managed to find us a table when we arrived without a reservation. Service was quick & he was friendly & attentive. The special of the petit fillet with mash potatoes & asparagus plus a glass of wine for $26 was exceptional value. Dessert was very good as well. They even dropped us home afterwards in their hotel courtesy vehicle. Nice atmosphere in hotel lobby for a pre or after dinner drink in front of the fire. 1 night they had a live guitarist which was very nice. Can't fault the food or service. Would definitely eat here again
This restaurant is located in the lobby of the hotel. While cozy it was a bit surprising the restaurant was not separate. Service was good. Food was fine.
Pretty solid. That pesto sawse, tho. Get that chicken pesto, ask for more bread, sop it all up. Ow! NY steak was pretty good.

I have to say I have been extremely pleased with EVERY meal I have ordered...breakfast and dinner. We have been here for 4 nights so far and I must say this is a hidden GEM for Telluride. I now heard that the chef just arrived here from Santa Fe a month ago so BIG SCORE for us. I highly recommend this Bistro! I would only want to ask for a few more vegetables or at least one vegetarian entree. I prefer to not eat meat every night so if I could have some fresh vegetables/entree that would make me happy!

Incredibly underrated place. $28 for a great filet in this town is crazy. All the food we tried was awesome, and good drinks
Stopped in for a drink and the bartender, Kelsey, was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our drinks most excellent. Her bloody Mary mix is definitely something to write home about too :-)
