Brand new so they're still working out some issues. The menu was really complicated and you could tell that both customers and staff were struggling with it. The area where you order is awkward because there's nowhere to queue. The food took a long time to come out but it was very tasty and the portions were huge. My husband only ate half of his nachos. I think the portions are too generous for the price. They have a robot serving the food; that was pretty cool! We will definitely be back, can't wait for them to have everything operating smoothly.

First visit to this place. We got two dishes initially: Birria Ramen and a Machaca Beef Burrito. I ordered the Birria Ramen because of its uniqueness -- I've never seen a Mexican/ramen fusion dish before, so my curiosity won over. The beef burrito was a safe choice and turned out to be absolutely excellent. The burrito was huge, had good sauce and good beef. As for the ramen, it turned out to be very oily. Fortunately they were very responsive to feedback, and when I alerted them to the oily ramen, they said it was a work in progress and that they'll let the kitchen know. In exchange, I was offered another dish for free, and so I chose the tortilla soup. The tortilla soup was amazing: chunky and brothy and tasty. We also got another identical beef burrito, because my friend's burrito looked so great, so I had that too. The second burrito looked just as good as the first. So overall, burritos and tortilla soup is the way to go!

We frequent this restaurant at least once a week. I am new to AZ and my boy friend introduced this restaurant at one of our dates. I fell in love immediately as the salsas are delicious including their food. If you are true vegetarian then this is the place for you as they do not cook their pinto bean in lard or animal fat. The service is excellent and as we go their often, the staff pretty much know which salsas are our favorites and also acknowledge us as one of their regular customers. The atmosphere, the company, food and service including their location - everything is excellent. Have great memories and will come back here over and over again. Recommend this place to everyone and try out their spicy salsa. Even though they charge for it, it’s worth trying. Update: they just reinvented their business model. I like the fat that food is now low sodium and veggie burrito is actually has veggies in it and you can choose what you want in it without having to pay more or just settle for beans only. The salsa price is a bit steep: however, I am okay with it.

Our first time at Pronto, but it won't be our last! We saw an advertisement for this place at an AZ Rattlers football game. I ordered a salad, and my son ordered a bowl. I like that I could customize the toppings. Everything was very flavorful.

We were devastated when Serranos closed at this location a few years ago. Prontos is well worth the wait! Restaurant is clean and well lit. Food was hot, well portioned, and had many options. We also had an adorable robot waiter that brought our food out. Will definitely be back.
