Loved the casual vibe! Service was professional and quick. The Tonkatsu ramen broth was soooo delicious and egg was amazingly flavorful. Such attention to details! Wish the noodles had a bit more chewiness but they were okay. It was a hot day outside and with all of the steamy hot cooking in the kitchen wish it were a bit cooler in the dining area. Otherwise I would go again!
My first time at Hachi Ramen. The staff here were so nice. The food was okay to me but not as good as expected. I didn’t have the good feeling after finish my ramen. This place is not listed in my favorite place to eat ramen.
Food is amazing. Extremely fresh and always very hot! Homemade everyday. Lots of options for different broth or meat/veggies. They always greet you right as you walk in and find you a place to be seated. The workers are always very nice and fast! The atmosphere is nice and cozy, I will say the music/tv in here is sometimes a bit loud but other than that, best ramen I’ve had in AZ.
Never been to a REAL ramen restaurant so my cousin took me to his favorite. I didn't know what to order, but I do like spicy food so I ordered the spicy miso ramen. And tried the octopus rolled up with fish flakes. All of it was good. My cousin tried the soup that wasn't even on the menu yet but has been wanting to try it. The boss came to talk to us because he was so excited about his creation and was excited that my cousin was going to eat it. All of it was good. Loved it and can't wait to eat it again. Cousin loved him so much that is the only thing he is going to be ordering there for a little while.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve tried lots of ramen from places in Arizona and California. But this place is absolutely one of the best we’ve been to! My boyfriend and I have been going to this place for at least a year and we are never disappointed. This place has become our comfort food place! The Spicy miso ramen is so delicious! I definitely recommend it if you love spicy noodles! If not they have a none spicy version that is delicious as well! The tonkatsu ramen is also very delicious! I always have trouble deciding which one I want to have. The karagge is also so good! Better than any fried chicken you can find around. I would definitely get the karagge combo to go with your choice of ramen. The Gyoza is also very delectable and tasty. But our absolute favorite is the karagge! You can also substitute your white rice for chasu fried rice for a little fee but it is so tasty! I really recommend it. The combo meal is probably the best deal because you get a bigger meal and more to eat! This place has gotten quite busy but it’s still really great so be patient! Also I don’t recommend take out because ramen tastes best when it is just made!
Very good ramen and the atmosphere is very nice. Had a great time talking with the owner and getting to know his background. I will totally be coming back again! So darn good! 😀👊
I have been eating here 3-4 times a year for the past 6 years. Have never been disappointed. The food and service is consistently good. Has a hole in the wall vibe, but nicer.
I've only had restaurant ramen 1 other time and I had been craving it for a couple of months now. The tonkotsu ramen here was AMAZING! I don't eat a whole lot, so it was 2 meals for me. I'll be picking up lunch here a few times a month!
Very fresh Japanese mix. Hot ramen is the best if you want a little fire. Pot stickers are a winner. Definitely coming back.
Great place for Ramen. Service has been super attentive. Drinks are refilled before having ask. Portions are on point and taste is unbelievable. I would recommend any Ramen lover to try it out. Yummy.
Price is a bit high. Lunch for one is $20 for a bowl and a drink. I would come more often if it was under $15. It's lunch.
This tiny little ramen shop is tucked away in a strip mall. You walk in and you're greeted instantly. Your food is brought to you very quickly. The prices are a little high.the food was yummy!
I ordered Spicy Miso Ramen with gyoza combination. Service was nice and ramen was pretty good but rice wasn’t flesh… I’d love to come back, hopefully they have fresh rice next time:)

A cute little place with great flavors. Staff is friendly and location is clean looking. The food came out fast and steamy hot. I’ve been taste testing all the local ramen shops and I think this one might be in my top 3 choices.
The workers are Japanese (if that matters) and the ramen will be made how you order (noodle texture, broth saltiness, etc). Karaage is good, all the toppings have plenty of flavor but they were served cold on top of the ramen dish, downside was the broth (tonkotsu) and noodles were lacking flavor.
The food here was amazing. The ramen had so much flavor. I got the Hachi Special. They were also very accommodating to our group. We need a couple extra seats and they made room for that. Bonus is that they have a bunch of One Piece posters in up. :)
