I've been waiting since the late 90's to go to one of these and it did not disappoint. The animatronics were surprisingly in good shape and still working after nearly 30 years. The food was good portions and the prices not terrible. All in all the whole experience including our drinks was a great experience!
The food was great. The service was great and friendly. We loved the atmosphere. Is a bit pricey but worth it.
Will dine again.
Before covid we were disappointed with the food but we gave it a try once again and the food is so much better! We love coming here with our toddler. The food is great and doesn't leave you feeling greasy or still hungry. Everything has great quality from flavor to portions. To the lady that said it's Applebee's quality food she's delulu cuz I've been to Applebee's and it's no where near close it's so much better than their food. Your money is well spent here and what's great about their menu is their kids menu! It's so much healthier options than the usual pizza or corn dog options. The servers here are super nice also and we always have a great service. My favorite is the tilapia plate! It's so hearty and fills you up . I'm so happy they have improved so much and we get to come here more often now.
We absolutely loved the Rainforest Cafe. The environment, the food, the staff was all amazing. There are animatronics and lights and sounds that were so entertaining. It was so clean and the food all was amazing. The kids loved it and we loved it. We will absolutely return!!!!
Rainforest Cafe consistently leaves a lasting impression with its captivating ambiance and immersive experience. The atmosphere is always filled with excitement and enjoyment, transporting guests into a world of lush rainforests. Moreover, the culinary offerings never disappoint, as the food is consistently delectable and satisfying. While it is worth noting that certain menu items may come with a higher price tag, the generous portions more than compensate for it, ensuring a fulfilling dining experience. Much like the majestic Rainforests themselves, one can only hope that this beloved franchise continues to thrive and never fades away.
Visiting from Florida, first time at Rainforest Cafe.
Absolutely amazing!
The inside looks like you're walking into an actual rainforest with various "wildlife" all around the restaurant! (Toy cheetahs, fake parrots and apes)
The ceiling is beautiful, mimicking a night sky. Periodically a "thunderstorm" will happen, complete with "lightning" (flickering lights) and thunder.
Just the atmosphere alone was super entertaining.
The food was delicious. Very satisfied and very full.
Our server was an absolute sweetheart.
If you're in the area and are looking for a place where EVERYONE will have a great meal and experience this is truly where you want to go!
I love this place! The entire atmosphere is perfect, the jungle animals, movements, sounds and even smells can make you feel like you're in the jungle! The food IS really good but I was a little taken back by the cost. I know you're paying for food AND atmosphere but it was myself, my 16 the old and my 13yr old. 1 entree each, 1 appetizer combo and 2r each had a drink e/ a fun (but cheaply made) plastic light up specialty cup = $174.00. BEFORE tip 😳😳. It's probably why the last time I went was about 8 years ago. But so few visits is also probably what makes me love it so much each time! 🤷🏼♀️
Haven't been to one of these in like 20 years and it was even better than we remembered. Brought our 4yo grandson and he loved everything from the roaring elephants to the waterfall. Our server was beyond amazing, answered all of our questions and got our food out quick. We will definitely be back when our other grandsons come to visit.
Food is just ok, nothing special, the big deal of these places is the atmosphere 👌🏾, nice and wild!
Staff is friendly and polite.
If you are looking just for a different place to have dinner, this could be an option.
Excellent service and a well changed menu. Tried the lemon chicken and pesto shrimp off the new menu today and it was the bomb!! It's a location I highly recommend especially if you need to do some shopping before hand and a meal after.
I’ve been here many times over the years but hadn’t been back in quite awhile. Today, I wanted my little ones to experience The Rainforest Cafe, so we headed over after our trip to Lego Discovery Center. My toddler was in quite a rough mood, because he was so tired, but we thought he’d be excited by all of the plants, animals and water displays. He was NOT. He was an absolute grouch! We were seated by the wonderful Manager, who got us a table by the elephants. We sat in Brook’s section and being served by her was beyond a fantastic experience. She’s an exceptional employee who went above and beyond to make my toddler comfortable. When I told her I was a bit worried that we were ruining other people’s experience, she doubled down on helping us and made sure to do everything in her power for our little ones to have a great time. I’ve never had anyone look out for my kiddos the way Brook did today. She was reassuring when he was in his mood, she made it fun for him and she was honestly just an absolute sweetheart. I’m so grateful for today’s visit because while they may not remember this experience, I will, and it’s a memory I will always cherish. Thank you Brook!!!
After watching the Eddie Burback video, my girlfriend and I have also been going around to different Rainforest Cafes when we can. And I can’t believe how great our food was. I got the Iggy Piggy Sandwich, and my only complaint was it was a little too salty. My girlfriend got the Rainforest Cafe Burger. And not only was it cooked properly, but it was definitely hot and fresh. Considering how old this establishment is and some of the maintenance in the restaurant needs a refurbish(where’s all the fish in the tank? ☹️), this experience was MUCH better than we thought coming here. Thank you!
We stumbled upon the cafe while shopping. It was a unique experience. It had animated animals and storms. The elephants would trumpet, gorillas shake trees, a leopard in the tree moves its tail and roars and on the ceiling looks like a night sky with stars. The food was ok. My friend and I ordered steak and coconut shrimp with ribs and my daughter ordered a kids meal. We (3 of us) waited almost 45 minutes for our food. However they did have to sing Happy birthday and do the chant 4 times while we were there. Our food was wrong but we did not complain and just ate it. It was $60 for myself and my 7 year old.
What a classic with mouth watering food to go with it. Great place to have a birthday party, or an intimate dinner with your significant other. Or you just wanna hang by the bar, grab a beer a bite, n watch a game. An instant classic. The food is always amazing. The way they keep it updated n always cooked fresh you can taste the quality in the food. Get in n have a great time.
