I was soooo happy to find a really great tasting salad bar near my home in Tempe. I got the dyonosis (Greek salad) And not only was the portion ample, but the quality was awesome too. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the Tempe Market Place location and felt right at home with an actual bowl and silverware rather than plastic. If you're looking to check out a place that doesn't have a ton of buffet goers this is your spot. Have a prickly pear lemonade and take a comment for yourself when you pay. Its really cool!

Tried the Don! Our first time there. One large fed us both. I loved the salad and the staff was patient and willing to let us try the dressings before we made a decision! Great Atmosphere. Will be going back.
The ingredients were so fresh and the Sante Fe bowl was sooo savory!!! Definitely coming back!!! ���
I finally caved in and decided to try Mad Greens for the first time. I ordered the Dionysos salad and it's so amazing! Everything is so fresh. The staff was very friendly as well. I'll definitely be coming back!
Went to the Grand Opening today and I can't say enough great things about this place! The owners, workers, atmosphere and food were all top notch. I'll definitely go back...very soon!

The staff is really friendly! I have a severe allergy to bananas and wanted a juice. They cleaned out the machine and made a juice for me and when I accidently dropped it on my way out. They insisted it was ok, cleaned up the mess, refused my help and made me another juice after cleaning out the machine again! Amazing service. Thank you!

This was my first visit to MAD Greens. They have a unique taste to their salad and pasta bowls, or they are good! All their items on the menu are made right in front of you, and you can customize what you order. It's definitely a great place for a pitstop while shopping.

Great delicious fresh ingredients and quick walk through create your own salad/rice bowl/ or wrap. Love their hummus and pita bread on my lunch break.
Stopped by today and it was a bit busy, but the staff was on it - friendly and fast. They still had smiles on their faces. They had a system and I was impressed by how they handled the crowd.
I'm in love with the Grain Bowls and anything that has MADspice 😍 I got the Southwest Bowl, but I didn't want tomatoes so they said that I can replace it with another item - thank you!
Also, I'm in love with the Cilantro Chili Lime dressing that I have yet to try any other flavors.
Been trying to eat healthier and stumbled into this place. Came in and tried the Ty Cobb salad. I used the Mad topping to give it a little boost in spice. The salad is made in a Chipotle style counter. The salad is quite tasty. I can tell the quality of the lettuce is not as fresh but this place is a pretty bargain place. Overall, the place is pretty good. Would recommend for a quick healthy meal.

We were looking for something healthy nearby after shopping yesterday on Sunday the 20th afternoon and found this place. The two gentlemen at the counter who made and served us our salads gave exceptional service. We felt so taken care of by these two (two young men, one with long dark pulled back blonde hair and the other with short dark hair and glasses, I believe?) They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing visit. Beyond that, the food was delicious, fresh, beautiful looking, and customizable with lots of healthy offerings. We tried the Baja shrimp bowl and added beets and the seasonal ahi tuna and also the SW chicken bowl. Both were delicious. There was a minor issue with the wild rice in the bowls being crunchy and not cooked all the way through and these two gentlemen swooped in and made it right for us even though we were on the fence for bringing it up. Just fantastic! I sincerely hope both of these two men are getting manager pay because they deserve it. Thanks guys, we live nearby and will be your new regulars. 😄
Salad was good and really big. My biggest concern is the price. The salad is $10.00 plus a drink comes out to about 13.00 which is pretty pricey but honestly it’s worth it. If you buy a meal from mcD it’s a little less but less healthy. The taste was good and I love that they mix it for you so I don’t have to shake it until it’s even.
Update: changed the rating to 5 stars. It’s so good. I tried the wraps this time and I couldn’t be more happy with the results.
Great place for a quick and healthy bite to eat. All of their salads are delicious and I love that you can substitute tofu to make anything vegetarian friendly. Everything is fresh and nothing on the menu is bland or boring. If you like spicy try adding the madspice!
This place was delicious! The staff was nice. It wasnt packed I’m def gonna come back to try one of their grain bowls. I got the Athena salad and it was super delicious! They also have hummus that I want to try as well! Go try this place out!!!
Great healthy eating! MAD Greens has everything from salads to wraps and now they have grain bowls. I choose to get a Buddha Bowl with shrimp and a dash of Mad Spice upon my 1st visit and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, the food was fresh and my overall experience was great. I will definitely add this to my lunch rotation.
I work in the Plaza and my team got food from here. Everyone was so sweet. But the one that stood out the most was Zach! He was so polite and had a great sense of humor when he came by to drop off the food.

The salad was delicious!! My friends and I got the Athena salad in the big size and it was the perfect size for 3 to split! The staff was also very helpful and nice about us asking to have the grilled chicken on the side because one of my friends is vegetarian. Also their sodas are amazing! They have Maine Root sodas so the Root Beer is amazing as well!!

I love this place! They have tons of great items on their menu and even offer a “build your own salad” option. I went in towards the end of the night in the middle of the week, and both employees were so happy, positive, and seemed truly excited to help me! It was really refreshing after a long day at work; I will definitely be coming back here. What a great experience.
Went into MAD Greens today for the first time and I am super impressed. The juice served as a great snack for me to sip on through out the day. I highly suggest drinking it over ice. I ordered the southwest grain bowl and it was sssoooo delicious. It’s a lot of food and it took me 2 sessions to finish the bowl so served as my lunch and dinner. The staff was super friendly and store was very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back over and over.
I love trying healthy places and this place not only has healthy food its also delicious! I got the Southwest bowl, tomatoes soup, hummus and couldn't resist the rice crispy treat. Everything was yummy and filling. Since I ordered so much food I ended up taking the bowl home togo and it actually lasted me 3 "meals". The staff was really helpful when I told them it was my first time there, I was given excellent guidance, service, and order options. I will definitely be back!
Loved my TY Cobb salad! So many veggies! The space was very clean and pleasant to eat in. The windows were open and I really enjoyed eating my meal by them. Staff was super friendly and even let me substitute an item! Definitely recommend!

My favorite salad place in Tempe! I love being able to get fresh, healthy salads so easily. It’s quick, but I love that I can sit down & enjoy it there. I appreciate that they serve it in a real bowl with real utensils if you eat there (so you create less plastic trash)! My favorite is the Don Quixote.
