Had my 3rd of 3 great experiences here and wanted to take a second to say thank you! I had a great rare whiskey here for the cheapest price I've ever seen it at in a bar setting. The Bison strip steak special was excellent, perfectly cooked medium rare with great compliments of a carmelized onion/red wine jam and a butternut squash puree that went really well with the gamey-savoyness of the steak. Then, I got to finish the night with one of the best apple pies I've ever had, that proves there is no such thing as too buttery, and an excellent, smokey whiskey. Great overall experience, thank you to Mara for the recommendations and conversation all night.

Wonderful Culinary experience. The venison medallions were melt in your mouth tender. The vintage China was ecclectic with soup served in a tea cup, so cute! Our server, Ashley, was sweet and attentive. Definitely recommend this place for a quaint date night.

I would definitely recommend C&C for a date or dinner and drinks with friends. The atmosphere had a hipster speakeasy feel. There are no TVs so be prepared to engage in conversation! The decor was a bit sparse on one wall but overall the place is warm, cozy and inviting. The cocktails were as tasty as they are pretty. I had the Aqua Caliente, which was smokier than I expected and I happily ordered a second. We had the Fish Rillettes for a starter which did not disappoint. It looked like it might be rich but the fresh fennel and raw squash on the side added bitterness and texture to brighten it. Even without the condiments the dish would have been perfect. For dinner my husband had the burger. It was nicely seasoned and cooked with a crispy seared and to the perfect medium rare he had requested. The sweet bun helped set it apart from being another average burger. For his side he had the spicy rabbit stew. It was high on the spice level, but holy hell was it tasty. I wish he was willing to share more than one bite! I had a special which was deer in acorn squash. The deer was tender and the flavors were amazing. The only complaint I have (which clearly didn't impact my overall rating) is I was hoping for more dinner options. For a place that opens later in the day, I made an assumption that it would have more meal options. We skipped lunch so we would be hungry for our early reservation. I actually had to eat a few bites of my husbands burger to feel full. Though there were a couple dishes on the menu that may have filled me up, the food were modest portions. The overall food selection is high end pub fare. Though the food will fill your taste buds with happiness if you arrive as hungry as I did, your tummy might be missing something. Worst case you might have to order something additonal, and I suspect you wouldn't regret it.

Great cocktail bar with attention to detail, interesting original drinks, and friendly staff. And likely a good spot to sit down and enjoy a full meal from the food menu, if the outstanding pub chips (literally just a hipster-y bowl of chips and some dip, but seriously so good) are any indication. Although sitting in here does make you wonder if--as Regular Car Reviews highlight regarding the FJ Cruiser--the aesthetic of this bar is simulating a real historical moment, or is merely simulating a simulation, recreating a period of Arizona history that never truly was. I dig it though. Something something garnish game. Oh and maybe ditch the plastic straws unless someone with a disability needs one (metal's a cool alternative). Update! Been back a few times and everything still rocks. They're always changing up the dips that go along with the pub chips which keeps you on your toes, and I haven't had a disappointing drink here. The pastrami-style mushroom sandwich was creative and delicious, but the bread did get fairly soggy. Everyone who works here is consistently friendly and welcoming, and service is excellent both at the bar and at a table. And to top it all off, they switched to paper straws! Now to add a new picture since I got a better camera APK on my phone.

A complete dining experience when you walk into Cotton & Copper. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The design and ambiance is perfect homage to Arizona. The cocktails are on point and the back bar is loaded with quality spirits for you to sip on including the rare Mezcal Carreño. The culinary excellence by Chef Tamara Stanger is amazing. From foraged ingredients to new spins on classic she has it all on display with her dishes. Finally Chef Tamara even does world-class pies that rotate with the season. Welcome to your new 3rd place. Salud!

You would never know that this place was so cool inside just by looking at the outside. It is in a strip mall, so it isn't much to look at. Once you are inside, the atmosphere is kind of industrial chic...it's dark and quaint. The staff is sure friendly and helpful. The bartender has a list of great mixed drinks that are amazing. The food is really solid too. We are vegetarian and found a few items that we could share on both the appetizers and main plates sections. We always welcome more options though! We tried a lavendar pie and some ice cream at the end and it sure hit the spot!! This Cotton + Copper is highly recommened to just grab a beer or an entire meal.

Really looking forward to going back to Cotton & Copper. The chips they offer as an appetizer are one of my most favorite things in life right now. Seriously, so good. The atmosphere is awesome and the service is wonderful. Great gluten free options.

So far, only tried their dessert, but it was so freaking good. Apparently they feature different pies at different times, and the one I sampled was a beautiful chocolate freezer box pie with a short, buttery crust, wild blueberries and the loveliest berry sauce. The location is intimate with warm lighting and a rustic and trendy vibe. It also looks like it has a great bar! A little tricky to find as the sign is not terribly obvious, but that's part of the fun. I'll definitely return to try their actual menu, though I'd go again just for pie and atmosphere!

Yummy. One salty dish yet it was a vegan do hickey ruben. Stew was slamming. Drinks were magical and price just right. Small speakeasy de lish

A cozy little hipster place that is good for date night! Their food is thoughtfully crafted, and the servers are friendly and attentive. We especially liked the burger and the Caesar salad.
