Great locally owned coffee shop where they roast their own beans on site. Located in a former bank building so the vault (which still remains) has been converted to a room with individual cubicals. Plenty of tables, chairs and couches. They also have some outdoor seating. Coffee is great and they have a few food items. Wifi works well to sit and work.

Wish I could post a video, the breakfast sandwiches fluctuates depending who is making it, but this morning I found the cheese paper still in my sandwich. Just like anywhere, make sure you observe your food before consuming it.

Just moved in the area and discovered this cafe. Absolutely love it here. From the Vault study room, to the mugs, to the people behind the counter!!

Neighborhood coffee spot: consistent across the board. Interesting interior space with beautiful vaulted ceiling and plenty of seating. Wifi is good, prices are reasonable, and the kitchen offers some small bites. Restroom is a little sketchy.

Great coffee shop. Lots of options for where n you want to sit- a couch,a bar with stools, a couple offshoot rooms for privacy, outdoor patio. Coffee is good and they roast their own beans. The Almond croissant/danish was exceptionally good. Seems like the pastries are either made in house or otherwise commissioned to be homemade.

This was my first time visiting this coffee shop and I will be back! Great setup for doing work on your computer or simply lounging in one of their big comfortable chairs or couches. There's plenty of seating including a room off to the side that has plenty of workstations. I had a pumpkin spice latte which was excellent, and the service was prompt and friendly. Good job!

Our favorite coffee shop on this side of town. Consistently good coffee, super friendly staff and fresh pastries and bagels. Very chill vibes and cool interior where you can hang out with friends, or work on your own. 🩷☕️

Xtreme Bean Coffee is an exceptional place, with amazing coffee, great food, and top notch service. I have been coming here for a long time and it has managed to keep it's great charm and personal vibes. It has a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating and I never have been there without at least a couple people in there, which can attest to it's great service. I think it used to be a bank or something, they have a cool vault door that is opened up with extra space for tables and outlets for computers. If you are in the area definitely stop by and check it out!

One of my favorite places to go for coffee and bagels in the mornings. I like the way inside area is divided into rooms suitable for private conversation and quite reading/studying. They seemed to have increased outdoor seating to take advantage of the mild weather in the winter. The staff is friendly and helpful. That said, the parking is a little limited being close to downtown.

Workers are friendly the couple times I’ve visited, like the old decor, doesn’t feel like those bougie coffee shops. They also had a guy playing piano this morning, really chill place

I love that this place was a old bank and you can sit in the old vault when you dine in. I'm not a huge coffee guy but when my church hangs out here I love getting the red bull infused drinks. Over all its a cool little coffee place to hang out at.

I got only coffee, it’s really good. The building itself is rather roomy, nice and suttley decorative, place is cute and cozy. The staff was pleasant and welcoming.

Funky coffee shop with cozy sitting options, a quiet study room, and very nice staff. The bathrooms are outside and you need a code to access them, but the staff is happy to tell you what the daily passcode is. This cafe draws an eclectic mix of people and is more affordable than some of the cafes closer to ASU campus.

I'm happy with everything each time I come here. I decided to try their chocolate chip scone and it is so good, you can taste how fresh it is. I like to come here and study. I love the big windows and variety of seating. Last time I had a turkey panini and it was GREAT. Good value in my opinion

The beans are roasted right there! I’ve never had such a fresh roasted coffee before and you really taste it in the coffee! A must try at least one time. AC must’ve been broken so they had this loud fan in there and I didn’t hear when they called out my name so the coffee sat for 3 mins on pick up stand. Was too loud inside and too hot outside to get work done so I went back home.

I really like this place, I usually pick it as a place to meet up with friends. Great environment for visiting with people and also for getting work done. Any coffee or tea I've tried has been good. I did have a friend whose order was incorrect, but there are humans behind the counter and humans make mistakes sometimes. They were happy to correct it right away with an apology and for no charge. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop.
