Wow, I ❤ the customer service by the manager and crew. My first experience with Firehouse subs. Cashier Manny recommended the Italian sub and it was so good. I have always been a Subway person because I am ex-employee. But this Italian sub sandwich was so good. The locations is clean and I am glad they have huge select of diet sodas. I would highly recommend this location and the sup/crew were very welcoming. I would come back and have already recommended others to come here as I ate here. 😍
The store manager Sean is amazing! I went in here and he is not only greeting everyone like an old friend, taking all the money, but he is also making all the food with his team. I can’t say enough about how great this location is. I will drive out of my way to visit when I have the Firehouse craving!
Our family has had the privilege of getting to know Sean (Parma-Sean if you ask my kids) at this location, and we can't sing his praises enough!
Over time, he's not only remembered our names but also our favorite orders. It's the kind of personalized service that goes above and beyond to make you feel valued.
Sean isn't just an outstanding member of the Firehouse Subs team; he's become an integral part of our dining experience.

This location is by far the best location I've ever been to the gentleman there were so nice and patient with me since I was placing a large order while attending to my 3 year old son they helped me out in every way and made it so smooth and easy for me it was almost a $60 order I placed. The inside was so clean and nice along with a beautiful HUGE mural on the wall that they discussed about with me since I admired the artwork of it. My son was such a happy camper to be in there and to eat his chips there while we waited. Along with that note we barely even waited long I feel like for that entire order we only waited 5 minutes or less and it was all ready correct and prepared so nicely! Thanks guys for making it the best experience ever for my son and I! We will definitely be back soon!

The half sandwich seems small but is definitely filling. Try the hook & ladder or the steamer. You can use the app for your order to accrue points towards free sandwiches.

Gotta give special shout out to this location. Great sub shop already liked Firehouse Subs but Customer service here outstanding. Connor excellent service sir you deserve recognition . Whole crew as well. Couple days ago took home wrong sandwich just due to simple mix up with another customer same name. Didn't realize until i got home. Called them they offer to fix it immediately i was not wanting to return and just ate the other sandwich no biggie. But they still put my name down for free sub which i got a couple days later. Fantastic service getting harder to find these days but not here. Don't forget their fireman's fund tip jar if you go great cause. Great sandwiches great service thank you👍😎
Sean the general manager had some excellent customer service and was extremely friendly. I was impressed with how he was with customers and myself, 10 out of 10 on this experience

All of the subs I've tried have been very good. My current favorite is the turkey bacon ranch. Didn't get my pickle this last time, so I don't know what was up with that, but I lived to order another day so we are good.
I stopped in at a random restaurant on a road trip. This one happened to be firehouse subs on Priest and Elliot. I was greeted, so kindly and sweet by the staff working this Friday night, December 23rd, 2022. After having a rough day, I want to make sure the management of this location knows they have some incredible people, not just employees working here.
This place is the best sandwich place I've ever been to. I always preferred Subway because they have Italian herbs and cheese bread and they have pepperoni but this is amazing. They have two bread choices but the white bread is so good. Their chili is really good too. This was the first time I had been here and the dudes here helped me pick my food.
Fast and friendly service. Rebekah was great. Sandwiches were made promptly and neatly. This is a quality location!
I just wanted to take a moment to shout out an outstanding worker at this location. Sean you were fantastic! I ordered a catering order last minute and Sean swooped in and saved the day! In case you are wanting to order catering from Fire House they do require a 24 hours notice. I was under the 24 hour mark when placing my order but Sean was super accommodating and even took the time to help me customize the order since the website was down. When I arrived Sean and Conner helped take all the items out to my car and made the whole experience 5 stars!
I really miss living near this particular location. Hands down the best quality and service compared to any other Firehouse Subs in the valley, my order was always right and ready on time and the employees were friendly. Every other location I've been to has horrific service. Love Firehouse Subs but I don't have a way to satisfy my craving anymore, wish the other stores would learn from this one.
🔥🔥Awesome experience🔥🔥 after a long day of work and yet still not over with I stopped by for a quick bite to eat ordered a small and all of the employees insured that I knew exactly what I was ordering to make sure that I wasn’t walking out hungry they showed me the sizes and I was able to order the correct one to fill me up these guys are awesome! Definitely gonna be coming back to this location clean as I can be in everybody’s so friendly, I think that’s hard to come by these days great work guys keep it going!🤙🏽🤙🏽🔥
