Always excellent. Great food and service. Order accuracy is perfect every time and my order is always ready when it is supposed to be. We never even consider going anywhere else for family pizza night.
So this location is the Pizza Hut I always go to for my pickups and there is a lady who works there who I believe is the manager/supervisor and she is so amazing! She is always beyond polite and friendly, she is a breath of fresh air when your used to dealing with sometimes not so friendly staff at other restaurants. She is definitely a prime example of how everyone should be with people they don’t know, friendly polite, attentive and even a little funny!
Its my local pizza hut . i recieved the best service when i go in . this time my battery. Died and the staff especially one gentlemen helped me and my daughter waited with us put while the tow truck came after jumping my car was not successful. Went above and beyond . made it feel like a small business and not a corporate pizza place. I was so impressed how they care for there customers. Go to this store if you can and see how much they care just for pizza and people in general
I dont come here very often, but today I felt like having something different from what I usually eat. I ordered and paid online which worked perfectly, and showed up about 15 minutes later and got my pizza with no problems. I really enjoyed my experience here and am looking forward to coming here more often and trying some of the other stuff on the menu.
I want to thank Anthony he went out of his way to correct an order I placed they had the wrong item and he went above and beyond to help me get my order right. I appreciate it you totally rock! Great customer service!!
Made a pizza order last night at the Tempe location. I was frustrated and confused with my ordering process online so i called and spoke with the manager Kyle. Kyle gave excellent customer service and was very patient and kind with me making sure my order was made right. Thank you, I appreciate the patience and kindness during these difficult times! Pizza was delicious too!🙂
Food was fresh and delicious however they need to pay attention on completing orders as I have had several experiences with missing items resulting in me having to go back to the location to pick up items that should've been given to me the first time around.
Food was delicious and fresh! However they always seem to forget atleast one of my items! This inevitably causes me to either have to check over my order before leaving or I'll have to drive back for it if I don't.
Best pizza and best employees in the area. Pizza alwasy spot on no matter what flavour I get.
Also shout out to them for helping me get AAA and all the time they spent trying to get my keys outta my car. And tipping the guy $10 just That extra sauce on a pizza
Great food perfect temperature, the driver delivered the excellent with care.
Each pie delivered was rich in flavor exactly as ordered, no skimping on sauce all the was to edge, delicious. Delivered by caring driver fast & hot!
