Was a pretty good experience. The one counter worker was either stoned out of his mind or shocked at how we were dressed though cause he was just glazed eyes staring face the whole time LOL.

Busy today, but good service
Starbucks in Memorial Union is very busy but they get your order to you fast.
The one at MU has great service! Opens early in the morning till late in the evening, which is pretty convinient for someone who is on campus the whole day! Only drawback, long queue, it takes about 15-20 mins during a rush hour to get a coffee.
Very friendly and patient staff. It is located inside ASU Tempe campus - Memorial Union which is probably the most happening place on campus. There are tables to sit inside and outside the cafe during normal timea. Due to COVID they have cleared out the tables inside. For starbucks app users - please be advised that for some promotions this spot might not be a qualifying location. Please ask before you order.
This is a great Starbucks when it comes to service and quality of product. If you're looking for a place to sit and chill for a while it can get crowded here, the seating is a bit limited compared to other Starbucks. But if you're just driving through or one quick coffee fix this is your spot.
People that work here typically are friendly and engaging, but also mindful of making sure service is fast. The quality is very consistent what other Starbucks, and you can use your Starbucks card / account as well.

It is a very clean place, which is always important when you are eating or spending your time in a place that is not your home. Ā The service was really nice, although I try my best to stay away from big coffee business and try to stay local this place is good for when you need something quick when you are in the area. I often crave different things served at starbucks so i end up there sometimes on days where I need a sweet little boost to my day. Also i like the attempts of trying to become more environmentally friendly, it is the small steps that big corporations make that will help save the world. I really like the reusable cups, the different lids to replace straws and other things they are doing. Now it is up to the consumer to help push the corporations to keep these types of changes up. I have also bought a bag of coffee from them before and use it nearly every morning to brew my coffee because I had a gift card. Over all good place Ā I would recommend it to anyone who just wants a fast coffee and does not care too much about supporting local coffee shops.

Important note: this Starbucks location is located inside the Memorial Union at ASU. This means a couple things: first, it is almost always extremely busy during weekday mornings, with lines of up to 30 people/students - Iām not kidding. Second, since it is not a ācorporateā location, you cannot redeem free drinks/food items from the Starbucks app here (or at any campus location for that matter). However, you can use the starbucks app to make purchases and earn stars.
As far as the customer service here goes, I would say this location is above average in that you are more likely to get a friendly barista here than at some other stores. Of course this is not always the case, but it is more common.
One thing I notice here pretty consistently is that oftentimes the amount of people waiting to get their drink/food is much more than the amount of people waiting to order. To me, this raises a question of efficiency in preparing the orders. Additionally, I would say the average time it takes for me to get my drink after ordering it is longer than average here. Sometimes it takes a while even when theyāre not busy, as if because there isnāt urgency, time doesnāt matter.
The store itself is kept nicely in order considering how incredibly busy it can be.
Overall, this location does a good job of handling the almost absurd amount of traffic it encounters during the week. There are a few things (like order preparation) that I think could use some working on, but all things considered, things run smoothly here.
