The gentleman running the counter was very friendly and welcoming! I ordered on the mobile app to make carry out easy, and my experience was perfect!
This is our local delivery location, and the food is always great. We've never had a problem with delivery or food quality. In fact, it's the only pizza my son will eat. Fast & Fresh. I don't understand the bad reviews. We ordered on a Friday at 5pm for an easy dinner, and still only had a 30 minute delivery time.
We'll definitely order again.
I ordered two large pizza's to be delivered to my house. Navigating the website was super easy. I got exactly what I ordered, delivered the exact time that was expected. The pizza's were perfect, arrived steaming hot and the delivery person was very respectful and friendly. I will always order my pizza's from Papa John's. I love their service and the pizzas.

Fast, friendly and professional customer service. Food was warm, fresh, and tasty upon arrival. Our order was received faster than initially quoted via the Papa Johns Pizza app. The delivery driver was very conscientious of no contact delivery choice.
This location has always performed well when it comes to food I've ordered. However, my only issues are with Papa Johns in general. You can't call the store directly, it seems to give you a call center. Ordering online, I sometimes don't get an ETA on time the pizzas are ready. My last order, the pizza was ready 2 minutes after I placed the order, kind of weird.

Wow! I left the store completely amazed! The customer service was exceptional! All three employees were friendly and even assisted me with bringing the pizza to my car while my hands were full. This is how every pizza shop experience should be! Five stars! Will definitely return. Thank you so much!
We just recieved the most amazing customer service ever witnessed. We had ordered a pizza with bqq sauce and it came with marinara instead. We did not plan on calling it in. After about 15mins a delivery driver is at our gate explaining what happened with our corrected order . We called the restaurant and spoke with Dimitri who told us he noticed the error after it was sent out. He immediately took action and had a new pizza recreated and out for delivery. Thank you Dimitri for being excellent at your job, and customer service. I highly recommend this location for your pizza needs.
P.s: The gluten free crust is amazing! 😄
The quality and amount of toppings were great! I felt bad for the workers though, a minor and driver running the store with no management. They did a great job and were still friendly the whole time.

Absolutely the best Papa John's in Tempe. The food was delicious, cooked well, and the quality didn't suffer since it was a delivery.
