Outstanding! The staffs are very polite, you don’t have to be a celebrity for people to be nice to you people should be nice to you overall because we all are human and this entire servers did! I order my food online and everyone passing asking if I have been helped politely with a smile. Customer service is hard to find especially in restaurants but they show care and passion in wanting to help and for that you all should be appreciated keep up the great work. The mangers seems to be doing a great job training you all again excellent customer service! They deserve a shout out….
The food was Great but the service was Better! As Everyone in the food service industry struggles, this crew was setting the example, always there when we needed something and anticipating what we would need so we never had to ask. Ashley C. Specifically was the best waitress I have had in quite some time, she deserves a raise, and should be teaching others her skill set, as it is an art, not a science. :^)
I had a pick up order last night that was missing items and had over cooked food. I had to ask for my side salad dressings (good thing I checked before I left) and come to realize they didn’t even give me the 12 crunchy shrimp ordered. They over cooked the steak to medium well when it was ordered medium rare. I am well aware that steak continues to cook when taken off the heat, however, I had to wait for my order to be completed, so it did not set long considering my location was less than 5 minutes away and I ate as soon as arriving there. The mashed potatoes with the steak were also cold. Overall unacceptable experience.
UPDATE: they did contact me to apologize and extend a $15 gift card to be provided sometime over the next week. This is appreciated and I’ve reflected that in the additional star along with this edit.
Our waitress, Tyreanna was the reason for 5 stars instead of 4. My inlaws enjoyed their meals, I didn't find mine as great as they did. (We all got the same thing, except our drinks). You would never know Tye has been there less than 2 weeks. God blessed us w/ her as our waitress.
After a horrible experience at Denny’s we decided to come here Applebees on Fowler Ave, Fantastic experience, great hostess Gage and team. We enjoyed our time here, great food!!!! A&B
Very nice place to go. Emily Z was very respectful, she made our table laugh, she was on top of refills, she made wonderful recommendations, our food was brought out to us hot and delicious. We will be returning.
We went in around 3:30 I believe. The time between meals when, understandably, the hands fewer staff. Our server seemed a bit stretched thin, but she did a great job anyway. I was really surprised to never see a manager while we were there. I would have thought with fewer staff, and them needing help, one would have been out there.
The food was good, alcohol drinks were made to perfection, and we left full!
