Excellent food and service! We had a large group (adults and kids) yet they took the time to ask and hear what the kids wanted on their orders. We appreciate their kindness.
I ordered the low carb tortilla with vegan chorizo and cauliflower rice... so good!
This write up is for their catering. Huge shout to them. They missed a few things on the order but boy did they follow through to compete the order and then some. You guys knocked it out of the park for the catering. Thank you so much!!!
Side Note: I go there to eat from time to time and have always been thoroughly happy and satisfied. From great food to super friendly staff!
Everyone who participated in making my lunch today had exceptional customer service skills. I felt super welcome walking in the doors, & on my last spot (at the register). The gentleman working made my day! Thank you all for providing awesome service! I enjoyed sharing my break with Freebirds (The Woodlands).
Not only was the food and atmosphere amazing but the staff was as well. I told my husband as we sat down that I haven’t received such amazing and intentional customer service in a LONNGG time!! We were so tired from long days at work and we came to Freebirds for something quick. The staff was excellent. They chatted with us about post malone, made burrito recommendations, and were just so fun and bubbly. Reghan specifically stood out to us! She was so kind, quick, yet patient with us and gave a recommendation to put pico on the burrito and it SLAAPPED!! It was so good!! We were there right before closing time and they didn’t make us feel rushed at all. I felt so bad that we were there so late but they didn’t seem to mind! Thank y’all for this great experience!!
I always enjoy coming here because the staff are super friendly and very quick. I’ve never had a problem with any of my food or the service.
Food is good as always. It's just my fault I forgot what I like and I skip half the items that I wanted. Good place for a chill place to eat burritos never busy nice staff and great food

Friendly staff and good food, but unfortunately will have to give 5 stars instead of my usual 6 stars because the radio was NOT blasting Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd on repeat.
really really love my freebirds workers that are there weekends anytime from 12:00 to 7:00 🙌🥳 they always have my back, i go regularly maybe twice a week and sit outside, not once have i left the building upset with my service or food. everyone is super friendly and they always make the ordering process a little less awkward just by engaging. shoutout 2 my girl mckenna(?) she really helped me out this sunday and it saved my day !!!! definitely need more establishments with a staff like urs 🫶 ps please never change ur pico de gallo its like actually perfect
The store was super busy right at closing and it was beyond incredible to watch the staff buckle down and hustle to get everyone served, even cooing additional meat to make sure everyone got what they wanted. All the while holding genuine smiles. Just wonderful. Rare to see this type of service at any price point these days.
Freebirds is similar to Chipotle. The food is decent and I am not sure if they all do this but the guy rolling the burrito made them look perfect, it was amazing!
Great service-very friendly & attentive staff. Food was very good, healthy and tasty. They have good Keto/low-carb options. Low-carb tortillas & cauliflower rice that were very good as well.
The food has great flavor and the steak was tender. The people were all very nice. I only wish the portions were bigger
Great team! Greeted me the moment I walked in the door and was friendly going down the line. The cashier was talkative but not overbearing and made sure to say my name when speaking to me throughout our transaction. Great job team!
The staff was so friendly, I walked in to pick up my order carrying my 10 month old daughter and they immediately asked me if I needed help, if we very refreshing to see people so willing to help! Thank you for making it a great experience and I will definitely be back!

The food was so good! One of the more quality freebirds that I have been to. The restaurant was very clean and had such a great family friendly atmosphere. There is a very nice patio that is well kept up with. The staff was very friendly and quick when building the burritos. There is also such a fun drink station in an old van! Great food at a great price. The location is easy to get to and very easy to find. We will definitely go back.
