I had an excellent roast beef PoBoy. It was filling. At least two napkins required.
The gumbo was surely the very best that I've had at a restaurant; their has to be an old Cajun swamp expressway in the back because that gumbo was made with a legendary pot that we regular folks have no access to. Now as for the the carrot soufflé, this is tasty beyond the measure of an average palate. The texture is spot on and the flavor is sweet but subtle. Overall this place can and will get you back in the door at least twice.
The staff are so friendly every time i've gone there and when i order delivery my order is always right and always tastes great. Its also so much better than the other Bubba's in town, when i made the mistake of ordering from the other bubba's it was horrible and my whole order was wrong and tasted awful. Please dont confuse the two stick with Bubba's II they're amazing.
Its never a bad experience going to Bubba's. Mr Neil is always very friendly and always up to talking. A very down to earth place to get some seafood.
Not bad at all. Decent prices especially the specials. The staff seems friendly. Wish the fries was an option for the seafood platter special but all in all good Louisiana restaurant to grab some lunch if passing through thibadaux
Seafood at it's best! A great place to eat with a truly relaxed atmosphere. Hats off to Mr. Swanner and his staff for all the years of great food and community service.
The food was amazing and we were treated like old friends. Really enjoyed dining here and will definitely be back.
Awesome place. Environment is also awesome! Very friendly staff! Awesome food. My favorite is their seafood in any way! Lots to choose from! Can't go wrong coming here to eat and lool around at their walls of history items!
