Exceptional when it comes to respect and very gender neutral, it's a great place if you don't mind louder environment is extremely kid friendly staff and management is accepting and understanding not many complaints by customers people same to mind their own it's clean sanitized and all around good place to eat one of my favorites in Toccoa one of my favorite managers of all time Sarah McCracken love the restaurant love the workers A1 in my book!!!
I come to McDonald’s every morning almost, and Beverly is so amazing! I come very early, and she is just a joy to see. So friendly. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! she is by far one of the most outstanding employees I have seen here. She brightens my day.
Overall, it was a positive experience to order and eat at MickeyDees in Toccoa. The food was up to standard and the service was fine. The payment machine at the kiosk didn't work, so we still had to wait in line, and the cashier seemed to take as much time to figure out what do with our payment as it would have taken to just take our order from scratch. The tables and other horizontal surfaces needed significant cleaning and the air-conditioner didn't seem to be working in the back half of the dining room. However, the food was up to standard and the wait wasn't any longer than normal, so we got what we came for.
Not the best food in town... but definitely the quickest! Than again who goes to McDonald's for outstanding food?
