We decided to give the cafe a try for lunch based on the excellent reviews on Yelp. We had sandwiches and soup and everything was high quality with a pleasing home-made flavor. The owner gave us a full tour and I was surprised to walk through a variety of rooms from quiet work spaces to discussion group and auditorium type spaces, all of which were tastefully decorated. The concept of a small and friendly Church meeting/teaching coupled with a cafe is brilliant. Offering business meeting rooms and free high-speed WiFi demonstrates that the owner is very serious about providing services to the local community in addition to the high-quality cafe experience. We will be returning as regular customers and highly recommend you give Cafe Marrese a try too!

This place never dissapoints. I switched up and had the tomato basil soup and cesar salad. It was absolutely delicious. And of course, the Cuban coffee was absolutely the best! This place is so friendly, cozy and warm. If you haven't gone, you're missing out.

I was given the wrong location for a meeting and ended up at Cafe Marrese by mistake. It turns out it was one of those mistakes that ends up enhancing your day. I met the owner, Alex, and we spoke for a bit before I got the notification that the meeting venue had changed. I had to leave a little quickly, but Alex was so nice and the place looked nice as well, I decided I'd come back today to have some coffee before a meeting in the area.
Great tasting coffee, and the staff was friendly. It's nice comfortable environment and the aesthetics are really nice. There are plenty of meeting rooms as well for private get togethers or business networking. I'll be back for sure when in the Cypress area.

My husband and I tried out the cafe for Saturday night dinner. The quality and presentation of the food rivaled many meals we've had in Paris. We would highly recommend you give this cafe a try. You won't be disappointed.
My husband goes to write his novels everyday. The owner and staff are amazing and so is the atmosphere and food and coffee. It feels like family.

The coffee is delicious, and i had regular decafe drip.
Great little place! In a city so huge, it’s difficult to find locally owned establishments that do something different. Our family attended the dinner soft opening and we really enjoyed the food! Our son loved the option to have Dino nuggets, the burger was fresh and the macaroni & cheese was creamy, tasty and the noodles were tender and NOT mushy which I totally appreciate. The Cheesecake with Brisket & BlackBerry sauce was super unique and yummy!
Ashley, the owner is truly wonderful. She has a passion for other small businesses in the area and treats her staff so well. If you’re needing a new place to try, definitely recommend!
Fun breakfasty, brunch, lunch, dinner spot!!! Fun to try out. House made coffee syrups! Gluten free scones and other gluten-filled treats. Had the breakfast tacos with gluten free tortillas which were surprisingly big & delicious !!! Will definitely come back to try out more options!!!
I’m so blown away by how friendly and fun this place is. Breakfast made to order and best of all they have gluten free French toast!! I was diagnosed recently with an intolerance and I haven’t had French toast in 6 months! Let me tell you how I was about to cry when ordering it. Delicious almond milk latte’s and dozens of hot and cold coffee options!!! Condiment bar where you can choose what flavor syrup you’d like. They have a sound proof pod where you can work or take a call in private. And…they have a drive through! Take my money :) I will be driving from Humble just to come here. 10/10
This is going to be my favourite hang out place in Cypress/Tomball area. They have a great selection of coffee and food. I tried their honey bee lavender latte and it was spot on. They make their lavender syrup in house and it has very subtle taste. Service is top notch along with their coffee drinks, I haven’t tried food here yet but I cannot wait to try next time. This was my second time coming here and its going to be my forever go to place.
Like all other reviews, this place is your spot for a little work and coffee in the morning. Staff is super friendly, attentive, and they produce delicious coffee. I also had their summer breakfast which was priced perfectly and was exactly what I wanted on this quick stop morning. The owner is such a charming person and after a pleasant conversation, it’s clear how the rest of the staff follows her service lead. Please stop by and support this small business. We went to the soft opening for dinner at Cafe Marrese tonight and were very impressed! We started with the best fried mushrooms we've eaten in years. My husband loved his prosciutto flatbread. I had a bite of my son's barbecue chicken flatbread - we both loved it! I ordered pulled pork sliders, not realizing how much food that was! I was so glad to see the onions on the side, as I'm not a fan. The pork is from 2 Guys 1 Pit and was amazing and so was the slaw on top. This was all served on beautiful Fiestaware dishes. The table looked so pretty! We got an iced tea and two Italian sodas which were very refreshing. THEN we got a slice of brisket blackberry cheesecake and a salted caramel topped brownie with ice cream. The brownie was even better than I thought it would be - really fudgy. I would have never thought to put brisket on cheesecake, but it was really good! Service was great, the food was impeccable, and the music was lovely. I'm so glad we have such a wonderful restaurant in the area!
I absolutely can not say enough about how amazing Ashley & the entire Cafe Marrese staff have been from beginning to end! We rented out the private room for a baby shower and everything was absolutely perfect!! Great communication, flexibility and so much attention from Ashley making sure we had what we we needed! I will definitely continue to use them again and I will tell everyone I know about them as well! So very impressed!! Plenty of space for 8 round tables and more than enough cushioned seats for at least 60 possibly more!! A gorgeous long wood table that we used for the food and desserts and was perfect. Great establishment! All around 10++

Ordered the Breakfast Scramble and the Peruvian Latte and they are so good. Good portions for growing Man Childs and the extra protein option is worth it. Maybe I missed it, but an option for avocado would be nice. Very tasty and reasonably priced during these crazy times. Also appreciated the aluminum foil between my food and the styrofoam.
The Latte is what made me leave a review lol I apparently haven't had a good latte in a while cause that bad boy blew my caffinated beverage baseline beyond believable boundaries. I had mine made with whole milk and maple and it tastes like if the season of Fall was a baked pastry made of silk lightly glazed with maple sugar. 5 out 5 Owen Wilson "Wows", good job Ladies 👍🏻
Cafe Marrese is a fantastic breakfast/brunch spot. Great coffee, and even better food. My favorite is the Southern Breakfast, as any good breakfast joint should have top notch biscuits and gravy. They regularly have rotating seasonal specials that always look and taste great.
The staff are hardworking and kind, even when they get slammed during peak times. Even during rush times, I get my food in 10 minutes hot and fresh every time. Pricing is very fair for the quality of the food and service.
