We had the Frito pie, baked potato and ribs with potato salad and macaroni for sides. These people are really great and treat you like family! Food is always fresh hot and delicious!

Someone recently asked me what I thought about Ribmasters BBQ, a new place in Tomball. They've been open for a few months now. I had to get out of the office for a few minutes today to clear my head, so I made the long 7-minute drive to try them out. Let me tell you - this may be a new BBQ joint for our area. But the Spivey family has been in the BBQ business for a very long time up near Tyler (Whitehouse and Bullard are where you can find their other shops). Their recipes have been refined over decades and it shows. I tried the pork ribs of course - when they're called Ribmasters, that's what you have to try first. They use a dry rub with a mix of white and brown sugar. The smoking process (they only use well-cured hickory) takes 3-4 hours and at the low temp they are smoking at, the sugars carmelize a bit but don't burn. The result is a really nice sweet and slightly spicy bark on fall-off-the-bone tender ribs. The flavor is really quite delicious. No sauce ever required here. The sides we're good as well. If you live anywhere near the Tomball area, I'd seriously recommend giving them a try. Next time I'll have to try the brisket and sausage.
We had our annual Summer company party this past weekend and decided to use Ribmasters. We ordered ribs, brisket, baked beans and macaroni and cheese. We arrived to pick up our order at the time they said they would have it ready and it was, they were also very polite/helpful. It was nicely packaged, which by the way they provided all the extras (onion,jalapenos, pickles etc) along with plenty of plates and plastic ware. The meal was a big hit, especially the ribs! I also received an unexpected call from the owner (which he had mentioned that he was out of town) and wanted to know how his team did as far as having the food ready and If I was satisfied with the food. Thank you Ribmasters for a job well done! I will definitely use you again for other events
Service was awesome I had a 2meat plate with ribs brisket potato salad and green beans...... Green beans were Kick-Ass , ribs very flavorful .....both meats where juicy and tender but personally I like my brisket with more seasoning.... fix that one little thing......
Food was awesome. I had the 3 meat rib lunch plate with baked beans and macaroni. Everything was great. Great service. Nice clean spot. Best ribs in Tomball!
The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. First time trying it out I thought it was still a Dickies but Rib Masters is in no way affiliated with them. The food was great and their ribs are tender and delicious. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves bar-b-q
Really good ribs. They fall off the bone and they're so tender and sweet. Great BBQ potatoes and great smoked sausage. Really great atmosphere and food for the best prices!
