This is a review that should've been done a long time ago. This place has the best food around town and more specific they have the best margarita pizza I have ever had in my life. I used to live around the area and order all the time but I moved down south and I once a week literally drive from little egg to get pizza from here or if I am around the area.
Have been ordering their pizza for years! At our birthday parties we enjoy all different kinds of pizza from Luigi's, NEVER had a bad pie!!! Just recently, due to shutdown of Ocean County, we wanted to support one of our favorite locals and tried their dinners...YUMMMO!!!! Still dreaming about their Chicken Valdastano...TO DIE FOR!!! Congratulations on re-opening! Have ordered here many times. Very pleased to see what they have done with the place. This is a beautiful restaurant- not your average pizzaria/Italian restaurant. The owner is very personable. Our office held a baby shower here for an employee and it went down perfectly. Thank you!
I went to Luigi's on 2/14/20. I stopped in for a quick slice after doing my taxes. It was a very friendly atmosphere and I was greeted as I entered. I was very tempted to try one of the gourmet slices - bacon ranch, buffalo chicken, chicken Fran ECT. - But I got what I originally went in for. A pepperoni slice and mozzarella sticks. I had the food to stay as I wanted to eat it hot. I do want to say it was very cold in the establishment. Although it was a frigid day, I do think it could have been a bit warmer inside. To make up for that though THE PIZZA WAS AMAZING. The mozz sticks were SOOOO good. I'm from up north and am having a hard time finding food to compare but let me tell you this slice was just like back home. I am looking forward to trying a dinner next!
Just enjoyed a pleasant dining experience at Luigi's Monroe Twp. location. Guitarist peacefully played as we ate our dinner. Salmon Verde and Flounder Francese ,
Cooked to perfection:two excellent dishes.
The warm bread and oil were also delicious.Nice size portions. Too full for dessert, maybe next time.

Omg the Best Sauce I've found around here. We have been to every place on rt9 and this place wins, hands down. I get the Chicken parmesan subs and then I found the panini chicken parmesan which reminds me of a huge garlic knot with chicken parmesan on it for under 10 bucks you cannot go wrong. I'm e as ting one right now as n have gotten one every other day since trying one. Seriously awesome chef over there. And their service was great. People were warm and welcoming. Will be going there alot.
great food at normal pizza place pricing. I enjoy coming here for lunch as they are right down the street from my work. I have always had a pleasant experience and the staff is always very friendly.
